location, attractive and large room, easy access to breakfast, helpful staff, clean and well maintained I know you are feeding a mob for breakfast but other than ordering an egg white omelet there wasn't much healthy - lots of carbs and fat and sugar. How about yogurt, more healthy cereal choices, cut up fruit. |

Convenient to the Tribeca Film Festival. Suite instead of a room. Breakfast was included but overcrowded and chaotic. More space and a better layout of the food areas needed to make it a better experience. |

I liked the staff. when we first arrived, we discovered that the room was not like we booked it. We asked for an extra bed, but we have been told that there is no room for an extra bed. After a short negotiation, the director was so understandig, he upgraded the room to a fantastic one, the matter which made our staying very comfortable and impressing. The every day cleaning was not excellent, however, the room was clean enough. |

The hotel staff was excellent and took good care of us. Rooms were really nice. The location was perfect for our needs right downtown and a short cab ride to Times Square. |

Very friendly and helpful staff; facilities are lovely, with the breakfast buffet and cocktail hour a great and unusual bonus. Internet connection was not complimentary in the room; however, the business center provided free access. |

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delectable. The facet on the bathroom sink was unstable. |

It was convenient and well located for downtown. Kids like the breakfasts and cocktail snacks Our receptionist did not seem to have a clue what she was doing. Check in took ages as the hotel said they did not have a reservation from booking.com |

Per the reviews, everything was in reasonable distance. The rooms were a nice size, staff was very accommodating, the concierge and bell man were excellent!! I was upgraded at no additional cost to a River view Suite on the 10th floor; the view of the Hudson, statue of liberty, the atmosphere, and the breakfast and manager's gathering were a nice touch. There was some water damage in my room from previous guest, maybe some few minor upgrades or fixer uppers. Charging for internet usage was a bit pricey. |

+ The location since the hotel is directly located at the waterfront in the Financial District. + I think the value for money was not as I hoped it to bee. Quite expensive hotel, cleanliness of room only average. |

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I didn't like the staff's behavior at the check in. I had a reservation for a king room and they gave me a double bed room.When I have went back to the reception to tell them there was a mistake, they said they didn't have king rooms available and offered me a queen. Only after I complained showing the printing of my reservation,they found by magic a king room available! |

Ligging vlak bij de Hudson. Zicht op het water vanuit de kamer. Ruime kamer. Kortbij het centrum en toch in een rustige buurt. Metro op vijf minuten. Ontbijtruimte is te klein voor het aantal gasten. In de week sluit dit ontbijt dan ook nog eens extra vroeg. Parkeren wordt geregeld via valet parking en is duur (zelfs duurder 75$ dan aangekondigd 60$) |

La comodidad de las habitaciones y la ubicacion el precio excesivo del parqueo de vehiculos y algo que deberian eliminar de urgencia, un sistema que si tomas en tu mano por mas de veinte segundos las botellas de vino o chocolates que estan alado del minibar te las cobran. la advertencia esta en un letrero muy pequeno, solo en ingles y el sistema tiene tanto de innovador como de grosero y abusivo. |
