Score from 4 reviews Wonderful
Quiet helpful staff lots of activities comfortable roomy enjoyed our stay
We got a bit wound up about bears after the check in warning but settled in after the first night. Accommodation is well off the main road and down a couple of miles of unmade road so it takes time to get to Yellowstone, maybe 40 mins.
The house was very nice, all we needed was there, and they had wonderful horses!
Very relaxing and private, very clean.
It was great to listen to all the different animals in the morning. As we were leaving the area a black bear came out to the road, looked at us and turned back to run into the trees. Loved having the hot tub on the porch. We were wishing we could stay another night.
We're travelling with friends and shared a cabin at Eagle Ridge, and found it much less commercialised than we thought. It was so quiet and peaceful and we even saw BEAR tracks in the woods, we canoe'd on one of the lakes, and relaxed in the hot tub, lovely.
So much to do and there was a hot tub for every cabin. Surpassed all expectations. Loved my horseback ride.
It was nice very functional clean and quaint
Bed not real comfortable
Location, solitude, quietness, equipped with all you need, BBQ, Fireplace, Hot Tub, High Speed Internet, good bed, just everything. Staff very friendly, easygoing, recreational facilities etc. A good place to stay several days.
there is nothing to be brought up
A little far away from Yellowstone park
I couldn't believe how spotless the entire cabin was. It was so cute and a great value for all the amenities.
An investment in better pillows would be wise
fishing pond, cabin comfort, location
I brought my 82 year old mother to Eagle Ranch. Her bucket list was to stay in a cabin in the mountains. She was so happy with the cabin and especially the hot tub which we enjoyed each evening. This is a beautiful area. We both loved our stay. Quiet and peaceful and the view of a deer eating just within feet of our cabin.
This was a great log cabin. Location was tucked away, deep in the woods.
Hot tub The silence I feel like home
My stay to short
The owner was great. The cabin was nice and quite jacuzzi was wonderful and there was so much to do young or old love it loved it loved it(: (; Already have are next years reserved.
Did stay longer
Very quiet and confortable stay
The cabin and peaceful surrounding The hot tub The pool where could swimming and boating
I booked the Eagle Ridge because it was the least expensive option in the Island Park/West Yellowstone area. I didn't imagine it would be as nice as it was. Private lodge, private jacuzzi, beautiful scenery, lodging includes fishing in private ponds as well as archery. Horseback riding is available for an extra $60/person for a half day. (That's a great price!) I LOVED it. And I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
There was road construction between Island Park and West Yellowstone, which made the drive take longer.
We liked the welcome, comfort, privacy and accessibility. Would happily have stayed there for a lot longer
Very nice cottage with a lot of features. Fishing lake, paddle boats, canoes, and horses.
It was further from Yellowstone that stated on Booking.com. It is 26 miles from West Yellowstone, so it takes about 45 minutes.
This is a wonderful place for a family vacation with tons of things to do! We went on the horse ride and our guide was awesome.
It took an hour for the people to come check us in. We called all numbers posted on their door but no one came for an hour.
The scenery surrounding the property is beautiful. Lovely for kids and camping type activities. Manager kindly refunded my money.
15-20 miles from I20; part of road was not paved. Long way from anything. I was amazed that no one told me. If you are city-type, do not go.
The cabin was very clean and updated. At home like feeling and very welcoming. All sorts of activities to do on the property from canoeing to horseback riding. The firepit next to the cabin was awesome as there was wood provided next to it when we arrived. The jacuzzi was fantastic and clean as well. I would recommend staying on site for a day to enjoy all the activities
The pillows and bed were very hard. "Like sleeping on a rock" is how my 8 year old described it. I agreed! Haha If your going to Yellowstone it's a journey to there and back. You need to get up really early to beat the traffic and make the most of your time there. We usually ended up eating dinner at nine pm. But it depends how you manage your time. And we used as much daylight as we could to explore Yellowstone.
It was a very tranquil setting and the cabin was wonderful. It was so nice having a hot tub after long days exploring Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again!
