The people, the location, the amenities...everything was on point and exactly what you need! They are doing it right at the Eagle's View, you'll miss out on a great experience if you don't stay here.
Location is just outside of town, but elevated with a fantastic view. I stayed in the off-season incredibly cheap for a place of this caliber. However, I would assume it is pricier in the summer.
The bed was quite hard, and the TV was outdated with poor reception.
I like that it is a hotel that accepts pets. The breakfast was good, there was even sausage! Location was good for our purposes and the view of the mountains was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.
It is a small issue, because overall the room was very clean, but we were in a pet room and the carpet was stained (obviously from other pets).
The view is fantastic
The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Also, I have traveled to lots of places, and by far this hotel has the best Wifi.
TV reception was fair.
Accommodations were great and we were able to relax and enjoy our get-away. The restaurant that was suggested to us by staff was better than we could have expected.
We enjoyed the accommodations, the surroundings, And the great people. We would return definitely.
Water pressure could be increased but of course I'm comparing that to mine in Portland
The breakfast was way better than I expected, having an indoor pool and hot tub was a huge plus for my kiddos they had a great time. Staff was extremely nice. Will stay again
I didn't like the shower, would not adjust low enough for little kids. A nicer tv without feedback would have been nice. Had a hard time sleeping on the bed (but I'm picky)
A view to die for too! The welcome was the best I've experienced in ten years. The comfort, cleanliness, breakfast was a second close to staff's friendliness.
Nothing to say. Loved everything!
The staff was great, booking.com got our reservation wrong and booked us for a king room, when we requested a queen suite. The staff worked it out, and got us the room we had requested.
I can't be nice about this one, the beds are HORRIBLY HARD. For the money we paid to rent the rooms for two nights, i would expect something a little more comfortable. It was almost like sleeping on a board. We most likely won't stay here again, due to this one thing. I want to be comfortable when I'm on vacation, not in pain.
Beautiful location but there isn't anything available outside in terms of a pool, patio, courtyard or anything else. What's the point of that location if everyone is inside.
View from lobby spectacular; staff was accommodating; beds were comfortable (but we also put a king-size foam topper on the bed due to my poor joints); plenty of towels; air condition unit was quieter than most; nice indoor pool, hot tub, and excellent exercise machines, first floor rooms easy to access from parking lot.
The only other working king-size room was older, smelled of carpet glue, and was dark with no view except of parking lot; continental breakfast needed to be supplemented and by 8:30 a.m., pretty much picked over; if you wanted a room with a view, you had to pack your luggage to the second floor which if fine if you are under the age of 60 (we are not); shower had to be precisely set for shorter people otherwise, shower curtain was too small to keep water off floor.
Beds to hard
We were met with a friendly greeting. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. The location of the hotel had a great view and was convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and sights. It was nice to have a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. I made use of the complimentary Wi-Fi, too!
I would have liked more comfortable pillows and more channels to choose from on the TV. The breakfast was free, so I can't really complain; but, I would have liked to see scrambled eggs and maybe some muffins or pastries as part of the selection. It was a bit sparse compared to what is offered at similar hotels.
The pool and the hot tub.
the location was perfect,,,room was clean and neat,,,,no problems,,,,had stayed there once before under old owners and room was filthy,,,this time awesome,,,have stayed at new owners location in Wallowa Lake and loved it,,,so took a chance,,,was great
only problem,,,i am short and shower head was too high for me,,,,
Scenic Views, nice suite with 2 tvs, couch and chairs, bed comfortable, good breakfast.
Everything...good breakfast, quiet, free wifi, convenient to grocery store, helpful staff. Laundry
Nothing.. If there was nothing that I did not like, why have to say so much. That is deterrent to getting guests to complete the survey and defeated the purpose.
The location was beautiful, with a fantastic view of the Wallowa Mountans and valley. Staff was kind and helpful. I did not use the kitchen facilities or the Wi-Fi. Over all nice stay.
Great veiw, comfortable and affordable
Location & cleanliness
1.TV reception was snowy. 2. The bed was not comfortable. 3. A bit costly for facilities provided.
Did not get wake up call.
What I liked most was the cleanliness of the facility, and the service was excellent!
Absolutely no complaints!
The pool and hot tub was a nice size I was impressed. The bed was very comfortable. You had everything in and out of the room(fridge, micro, exercise, sauna).
The staff was very nice but they kept getting in the way of people having breakfast. That every room didn't have a view for the price.
We stayed two nights. The beds were wonderful. The room was large with a good refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was also a cut above the usual. Laundry facilities were new and efficient. Exceeded our expectations
