Habitación limpia, moderna, baño muy cómodo, servicio de ordenadores 24 horas, buen desayuno, muy bien la terraza del piso superior habitación pequeña, armario casi inexistente, el personal del hotel sólo habla inglés |

La atención del personal es excelente; siempre están dispuestos a echar una mano, y siempre con una sonrisa en la boca. El pequeño tamaño de las habitaciones, tal vez podría suplirse con otra distribución de muebles. El precio está un poco en el límite de la relación calidad / precio, pero merece la pena. |

El Hotel está decorado con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero agradables. La terraza del séptimo piso, accesible 24h, te ofrece una vistas magníficas de la ciudad. Además el Hotel está muy bien situado, y rodeado de restaurantes, pubs y tiendas |

Hotel bien situado, lejos del ruido de Times Square. Parada de metro al lado. El barrio está lleno de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. El desayuno correcto. Internet gratis, y las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Un hotel muy recomendable. |

Limpieza, tranquilidad, el sector aunque no es excelente es un sector donde se puede encontrar cafes, bares, restaurantes. El personal en el check out un poco groseros y muy faltos de servicio al cliente, unicamente en el check out. |

la terraza es lo mejor que tiene este hotel, la buena ubicación, el servicio bastante eficiente y, en general, bastante cómodo el pequeño tamaño de la habitación y que no disponga de bar ni minibar |

La terraza del hotel con vistas a New York SI, las habitaciones aunque bonitas eran enanas y ruidosas, la conexion wifi no funcionaba bien. Esperaba mucho más por 400 $ la noche |

Quiet hotel, Quiet air conditionning that worked perfectly, Restful beds and linen. Free continental breakfast. Well situated. Window in our bathroom. Ice machine was broken during our five days stay. Our room was very small. Shower leaked on floor. |

It was very convenient for the things we wanted to do. Eat, shop and Opera. Only one small cupboard for clothes. Even a shelf would have helped. We lived out of suitcases. |

The hotel was in a wonderful location on the Lower East Side very close to the subway and a short walk from Broadway. The rooftop terrace area was a fantastic bonus with lovely views across to the Empire State Building. The rooms are a bit small (not enough hanging space) but okay for a city break when you are out most of the time anyway! |

Very nice and helpful staff. Placed in walking distance to Soho. The room was very small, but workable for one person. It could be nice if there was a cleaning service. And if there is, it didnt mentioned anywhere. |

quite clean, near the subway wifi didn't work, they offerered me to use cable. On breakfast there are no meat options just cereals, bread, cheese, fruits and cafe located in the basement, quite dark and depressing place. The hotel is okay but additional charges for "hospitality", city taxes, state taxes make the price hit the roof for such kind of hotels. |

The lady at check in was friendly and helpful. The room although small was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was good for seeing the lower part of Manhatten. The Hotel was set on a busy road but we could not hear any traffic from the room. We went to breakfast just the once which was good but would benefit from an extra toaster and not paper plates and bowls. Coffee was good. We went to the roof top terrace a number of times which was lovely. The hotel tariff quite expensive at £130 a night from when we stayed at the Novotel in 2004 where we paid £80 a night for a family room but then all prices in Manhatten have gone up. The breakfast room needs another toaster and did not like paper bowls and plates. |

The views from the terrasse and the location are perfect, lovely neibourhood, very nice and helpful staff We got a room where the toilet door was transparent, and the bed too low. Poor breakfast but it was included in the room price |
