hotel was close to where i wanted to be

the room was like a tiny cupboard, to get to the wardrobe on one side of the bed i had to walk over the bed, it was tiny and claustrophobic. the pictures didnt indicate how small it was. also it was noisy, i could hear people in the corridor like they were in my room and the second night there was running water sounds all night which kept me awake. bed was uncomfortable. this hotel was awful.

The room was very clean and the decor throughout the hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful giving me excellent directions for using public transport.

The only downside was that the room was very small but I'd rather small and clean / modern than big and grotty! Just generally the hotel prices were astronomical in NYC but this was good value for money by their standards if not in comparison to elsewhere.

It smelled really nice and the variety of cheeses offered for the continental breakfast was great. The sundeck was nice also.

the spotless cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the terrasse on the roof, the good wireless connection, the location.

Good, helpful, friendly staff, clean facility.  Good accomoodations but room very small, so a great hotel for the money if you are only using it to sleep in. The hotel is a good value, but a a long walking distance from the main part of Soho and a $20+ cab fair into mid Manhattan.Alsoas a woman traveling alone,I was not sure about walking around the hotel after dark, so I cabbed back at night.

Rooms are not well lit.  As a business travller you cannot do any work in your room as it is too smallll for a desk, but the hotel has  a nice lounge area with computers on a lower level.  there is a very small tv in the room, they also have a large screen tv in the lounge area, where you can sit and relax, as there was only a bed in the room.  It is really only a "sleeping room.
