I like the spaciousness of the rooms. I also like the bellmen as they are very efficient. It is old and I tried to cool down the room as the heat was on, but it did not work. I am hopeful I don't have to spend time in another room that does the same thing. I stay here often. |

Great location, easy reservation booking, reasonable rate, all-you-need facilities, friendly staff, easy checkout, no hassle stay, everything worked. A coffee shop / breakfast restaurant would be good. |

They up graded me to a suite the 2nd night because they did not have a junior suite for the 1st night as I had booked. It needed up dated. |

The staff was very accomodating. They were quick to help and remembered exactly who you were. The website was not factual. No pillow menu for the hotel as stated. We were not told that the restaurant was going to be closed. I most likely would have gone on to look for a different hotel. |

The room is big and there is a kitchen on it. There was a private party in a room next to mine and I could not sleep until 4am. It was terrible once I called the reception desk several times to complain and nothing was done. |

I booked a room with 2 queen sized beds. What I got was a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa-bed was uncomfortable and not what I had been confirmed for. When I mentioned this to the staff, they responded that that was all that was available. I had expected to get what I had paid for not what I received since I had booked the room over a month in advance. |

I liked the staff, they were very kind to me and to my mother, and did everything that we asked from them. I also liked that the hotel was in the center, midtown, we reached everything quickly. The cleaningless of the room: once we've found a bra under the arm-chair. |

Very pleased with our stay at Eastgate Tower perfect accommodation in a perfect location. Few minutes walk to Grand Central Station easy to get to Times Sq and all other attractions. Nearby shops are adequate, would definately book here again, great price too, good value for money. |

The room was very big. We had the luck to stay high up in the building and had a wonderful view. Excellent with cooking possibilities and still a very good price to be in a good area at Manhattan. Good cleaning, they even did the dish washing. Nothing was bad. Unfortunately the wifi was not for free. |
