We had a "junior suite" which was enormous. Amazing to get all that space at such a fabulous price anywhere, but especially in New York. The room was simply furnished (which we like), and was quiet. We really appreciated the abundance of lamps, electrical outlets, closets and coat hangers. The kitchen was well equipped too. Internet use was not included in the room fee, and the rates were high. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent. On arrival we got a 2 bed/ 2 bathrooms apartment - had only booked 2 bed studio- no extra charge. Very comfortable beds with lovely linen. Well equipped kitchen. Staff courteous and efficient. Speedy check in and out. |

Newspapers available, staff was good, close to work internet cost. You ought to just build it into the rate. Calling to understand how it works and paying a fee is for the birds. |

Excellent space in rooms for price. Bathrooms very nice and modern. Should have free WiFi. Parking should be cheaper at adjoining garage. Windows could be more soundproof. |

I liked the size of our room. We have a large family of seven and we all fit comfortably in the 2 bedroom suite. It is very difficult to find accomodations for seven - so this worked out perfectly. Having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was also ideal. Im a lite sleeper so the noise from the elevator bothered me a little although nobody else in my family heard it. |

Extremely large rooms and suites with full kitchens. Very dated, but then, if they were to renovate, there would be no full kitchens anymore, and certainly, the walk in closets would go, so the fact that it is dated is good - for those of us who like to cook, that is. The cleaning staff was excellent - very responsive to requests. The hotel rapes the guests on telephone charges - the cost of one call to S Carolina cost the same price as two nights in the hotel. That's excessive and surely beyond the rate quoted in the hotel information. Also, the website did not mention the fact that the hotel is currently renovating its restaurant, so there is no food available. |

The Room is a 2 star room, and the carpet was too old and need to be changed. There was a dog on the room next to me and it kept barking for the whole night, They should not allow this. It is so unacceptable !!!! |

Central location, reasonable price-quality ratio (even though not exactly a bargain). There is absolutely no sound insulation in the windows, so if your room is facing the street, you will hear all the traffic noise all through the night. |

The front desk person was extremely friendly and very customer-focused. For our puppy, she even sent up a welcome package for him. There was a large hotel party in one of the rooms. I was surprised they were not asked to keep the music to a tolerable level and that it was so easy for a large number of outside guest to enter the hotel. |
