VERY happy with position, and room size. Front desk were helpful and friendly.

Nothing I didnt like. Possibly a newer microwave would help. But everything was very good.

Rooms are very clean (we stayed in three different rooms, except the first one which is a little bit small, all are very good), and staffs are very nice. I like the location, which is in a quiet area, and convenient to everywhere.

I only stayed one night, in and out fast, but I liked it very much. The room was great, and again the bell captain very accomodating.

good localization, near to the Grand Central Station (when the bus from/to Newark airport arrives/departs).

The air conditioning is manual, could be automatic.

It was away from noise busy streets of New York.

The towels were changed everyday, the bed made, but it did seem like a thorough cleaning job. The day we arrived the soap in bathroom was still there from the previous people and travel information - computer printouts & pamphlets were left.

suiits instead of room.

you get very bad rooms when booking with Booking.com - it happens to me in 2 hotels during my last trip. I got a very bad room in this Hotel and in another one. I got a tiny room with no real kitchen they called a Studio Apratment..... either you get better rooms from them or people will start booking elswhere....
