VERY happy with position, and room size. Front desk were helpful and friendly. Nothing I didnt like. Possibly a newer microwave would help. But everything was very good. |

Rooms are very clean (we stayed in three different rooms, except the first one which is a little bit small, all are very good), and staffs are very nice. I like the location, which is in a quiet area, and convenient to everywhere. |

It was away from noise busy streets of New York. The towels were changed everyday, the bed made, but it did seem like a thorough cleaning job. The day we arrived the soap in bathroom was still there from the previous people and travel information - computer printouts & pamphlets were left. |

suiits instead of room. you get very bad rooms when booking with Booking.com - it happens to me in 2 hotels during my last trip. I got a very bad room in this Hotel and in another one. I got a tiny room with no real kitchen they called a Studio Apratment..... either you get better rooms from them or people will start booking elswhere.... |
