You really do get what you pay for. Every last one of the staff was so kind, friendly and went the extra mile in service. You get a few nice surprises when you enter your room. Right in the heart of a vary vibrant downtown with lots of shops and restaurants.

It was an excellent choice to attend Saratoga Race Track primarily because of free shuttle. That alone saved $20 a day in parking. The room was very comfortable but suggest accessibility bars for the bathtub. Free breakfast was a decent start to the day. Appreciated 24-hour coffee service in the lobby plus location near major big box stores. Would stay again.

Nice layout, helpful friendly staff, good breakfast. My husband left glasses behind, and Deana helped get them shipped to us. Plus the manager called after shipping to provide a tracking number. Much appreciated!

    gordon suffered a fall while we were out walking and i can't say enough about the good samaritans who came to our rescue. he did go to the emergency room when we got back home and he has a fractured knee cap. a special thanks to Matthew for his assistance in helping Gordon when we came back to the B&B after the injury. UP UNTIL THE FALL, WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE TIME.

    We visited our daughter's friend at College. We had 24 hours to explore the beautiful Saratoga Springs, shopped at Jen's Jewelry, had a hearty meal at Druthers Brewing Company, took in the views of a couple parks and a couple other fine establishments. Our visit was an eventful one!

    Convenient parking at the hotel, right in the middle of a strip where you could walk through town. However, we did find the restaurants on the strip quite high so we had to drive to eat, We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the stay, Felt safe in the town

    It was our first visit to Saratoga Springs and my husband and I loved every minute of our stay. There are so many restaurants and shops to explore. Loved spending a day at the racetrack. So relaxing and so much fun. We cannot wait to go back and experience more that Saratoga has to offer.

    Scope out the free parking and know where to find it before heading out. Very much a tourist town, very crowded downtown. If going to SPAC be aware the lawn seats only provide small screens on exterior of amphitheater to view the performance/concert. I would not attend again unless I had ticket's for inside.

    Good restaurants, several bars and breweries with live music to enjoy within walking distance. The shops are very pricey but fun to look at. We really enjoyed the parks and finding all the Springs! We'll go back some time when horseracing is open. It was great for a weekend.

    The Embassy Suites is clean and roomy. The included breakfast was excellent. It's the perfect stop between Montreal and New York City. After a couple of days in New York City, our daughter wanted to return to Saratoga Springs because the room was larger and she loved the breakfast more. 😊

    We were just up in town to get a dog from a local rescue so wanted something easy and affordable and this was perfect. It was your classic roadside motel that you don't see much of anymore. The owners were very nice, check in and check out was simple. Rooms were clean and tidy.
