Booking.com reservations were not listed at hotel upon arrival this has happen twice. Not happy

Clean Parking was a problem. There was a car parked illegally in one of only two "Handicapped Only" spots that required that I find a parking place on the street. Then I had to walk to the Ramada. For an older person who is handicapped, this was not only inconvenient, but dangerous, given the neighborhood. I acknowledge that this may have been beyond the control of the staff at the facility, but it is a very, very important consideration for someone like me. For that reason, it is very unlikely that I will return. It's just too risky to chance a recurrence of this situation.

The rooms are well kept and clean. The bed is so comfy! I can tell that the nonsmoking room was actually a smoking room. I had to get scented candles to ease the smell. It worked!

Yllättävän siisti, vaikka näyttää aika ränsistyneeltä. Aamupala oli myös yllättävän hyvä. Kyllä tuolla pari yötä voi olla läpikulkumatkalla, mutta en jäisi pidemmäksi aikaa. Vauvan sänky oli saatavilla. Kellarikerroksen käytävällä oli ruoka-automaatteja ja mikro ruokien lämmitystä varten. Ruokaa sai myös helposti tilattua kotiinkuljetuksella läheiseltä kauppakeskusalueelta. Parkkipaikat hotellin edessä taisivat olla ilmaisia. Ei nähty torakoita eikä muitakaan ötököitä, mutta kuultiin kun siivooja pyysi tilamaan tuholaistorjujan. Huono äänieristys huoneissa, liikennemelu kuului ainakin kellarihuoneeseen. Kokolattiamatot saisi kyllä vaihtaa, oli hieman huono sisäilma. Sijainti oli hieman huono Manhattania ajatellen. Me kuljimme ensin bussilla ja vaihdoimme metroon Gun Hillillä. Varsinkin metron alue tuntui turvattomalta. En kulkisi tuolla pimeällä. Hotellia näytettiin käyttävän aika paljon myös tuntiperusteisesti.
