Location was easy to find.

The nosie from the expressway outside our room was terrible. My husband kept checking to see if our windows were open in the room because of the noise. We stayed in three different hotels that we booked thru you and this was by far our least favorite. The hotel was much older than the others and was liked the least.

I felt that the staff were friendly and courteous. I would stay here again AFTER repairs were made.

I stayed on the third floor and I did not feel very safe. The security door was broken do that anyone off the street could get access to the hotel. Also, my room face the pool that was disgusting. The pool need to be cleaned desperately.

A little noisy, near highway, but not enough to keep you from sleeping. Exterior could use minor updating

The airport shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive on my first visit. The actual driving time took 7 minutes on the return to the hotel. On my second visit the shuttle took 38 minutes to arrive and 6 minutes to return to the hotel. Each time I was told the shuttle was on it's way and would be there in 10 minutes. Very annoying. On my first visit the door to the room was open at 11:00pm and bugs were crawling on the bathroom floor. It was creepy. I would have cancelled my second night there but didn't want to pay for a cancellation.

Extremely good value for money, everything was clean and the bed was comfy. Free airport shuttle, couldn't ask for more for one night before a flight.

The shuttle bus for one. The driver was really nice and courteous.

The room was disgusting. Hair in the bathroom, not cleaning, mold, etc. I have pictures. Also, the lady at the front desk was more than rude claiming it's not her fault the reservation was not in the computer and sometimes it takes a long time, and I should call them and leave her alone.

I was just passing through Charlotte to catch a connection flight and I was positively surprised by the city and the Econo Lodge. I had a very pleasant stay, the stuff is helpful, the rooms are clean and fairly new, the location is good (airport pick up available, bus to the city center close by, dining locations within walking distance). Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Excellent value for the money and hence absolutely recommendable!

The staff was really lost during my check in.

The free shuttle and wifi service were the two matters that tipped the scales for me. The people there were very friendly and it was conveniently beside a bus route downtown! It was also easily walking distance to a Waffle house, sushi bar and Cracker Barrel, which were great and affordable options when I didn't want to drive.

I'm not used to humidity, so sleeping in a room that didn't have a dehumidifier was borderline agonizing. It does get very rainy and humid in that region.

It was nicely remodeled with everything I would expect including a mirowave, fridge, iron, hair dryer, etc. and with a large comfortable King bed with nice covers. There was no excessive sounds, noises, etc. Morning breakfast was standard with all needed and a polite staff taking care of the food and tables.

I had no complaints of any kind and would gladly stay there again.

Old windows. (Hotel is close to the highway) Dirty air-conditioning filter. Noisy air-conditioning.

No comforters were used on the bed.

Air conditioner was so loud it rattled all night.

The room was not clean...trash was left in garbage can....Hair in bathtub, had to switch to another room because the a/c was not working properly.....didn't sleep well do to too close to the highway......
