good location, helpful staff, nice clean rooms, definately good value for money
The first time we stayed staff was very friendly second time not so much. The person who was at the front desk was a repair man for the hotel. Had to wait for about 10 mins.or longer to get checked in. No big deal I'm not one to write bad reviews. The bigger issue was that it seamed like some of the rooms were being rented to locals for extended periods of time. Not real comforting.
The pool wasn't clean
Bed. Room was clean. Bobby at front desk a lovely gentleman.
Wifi didn't work. Shower was broke, bath had to run at same time while some came out of shower head. Toilet blocked and we were called to say we were flooding the room below. We couldn't say much because there was nothing happening in our room, so figured it was their plumbing!
The price, comfort, helpful staff, breakfast.
A bit tired, traffic noise
I needed to change my reservation from 1 night to 3 and it was not a problem. Bobby the night clerk was so kind and helpful to us. He put me and my daughter in a room by the office and was so caring. He also reserved us the same room for the following weekend. When we checked out the clerk on duty in the morning was also very kind to us.
We had some trouble getting the shower adjusted to the right temp. because the handles were a little worn but not a big deal.
Friendly staff, room was simple and nice, good overall place to stay while road tripping
Walls weren't that thick, could hear a bit of creaking up stairs and other noises in the next room
For the price paid, the breakfast items available were few and disappointing.
