Location next to costly NYC hotels. Neat and clean sheets, a friendly staff who was ready to help an old lady with her luggage to upstairs that too at 12 midnight. Good internet.
Smelly exterior but once inside the room is unexpectedly neat and nice.
Good location,good price.
The location was great.
Cable TV didn't work properly.
The room was clean night staff wsd kind day staff wasn't polite. The bed wasn't comfortable.
Free Parking.....That's about all
We asked for a non smoking room, this one reeked of smokers, the sink was falling off the wall, the ceiling had water marks, the king bed had a queen flat sheet on the bottom and didn't fit, the mattress was badly stained. Bath was very small, the cable was fuzzy. Don't count on Free Breakfast, the breakfast room is the small registration room, (barely enough room for four people) the facilities used for danish or donuts or what ever has not been washed, nor the counters. The coffee pot had not been wiped on the outside, I would HATE to see what's inside. Oh yeah, and the public computer is in the middle of it all.
rooms, machine ice off. small bath, no like .
The location was good
The service and comfort in the hotel was very very poor.
to much trafic durng night time ,hard to sleep no micro wave ,fridge ,don,t work ect...
Cheap for the region. Not too far from transit.
Small rooms with almost no storage space. Very small bathroom. Very weak WiFi connection.
I like the way rooms look:two queens clean beds.and the location.
The receptionist wasn t friendly and the smell in the hallway.
Everything else. I booked my reservation several weeks in advance and called in a couple days in advance and also called on the day of my arrival to confirm my reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel I was advised that they had overbooked the rooms with 2 queen beds and was forced to take two separate rooms with 1 king bed in each in which I was not happy about. Upon getting into the rooms one of them was missing a microwave and the other was missing the tv remote. So we were only able to watch tv in one of the rooms. Upon arriving back to my room late on 7/28/13 we were told a room with 2 queen beds opened up and we were forced to move from the 2 king rooms into the 2 queen room even though we were going to be checking out the next day.
