The location is fine.
The desk re-booked us to another room and did not change the detail on the computer. During the early hours 12:15 am our room door opened!!!! Someone gained access to a card key and we had an unwelcome visitor in our room for a few seconds. The persons then saw that the room was already occupied and left (in a hurry). 15 Minutes later there was a knock on our door and the person yelled that we are not registered on the system and we have to leave immediately! This person was the receptionist. After some hard words the Econo Lodge discovered that is their bad administration that caused this very unpleasent occurance. With a very unconvincing - sorry - from the receptionist, he left at 12:45am.... Ver bad experience in deed!
Nice full kitchen great shower and pool
Outdoor Hot tub water cold
needs carpet cleaning and the furniture very outdated abd need more breakfast choices
Roaches found in the first room. They did give me an upgrade but hard to relax after that.
Our shuttle driver informed us of the prices for a taxi for the places we wanted to go, said he would do it for half the price. We would have not been able to afford to go to the places we wanted to go if not for him.
The breakfast. Only consisted of waffels, cereal, juice, coffee, toast or bagel. Eggs, bacon, or sasuage gravy would have been real good.
Breakfast no fruit, no hot chocolate, no yogurt, waffle machine not always working. Room it was reported we were missing a light bulb and never replaced. Fan to circulate air reported and never fixed. WiFi worked sometime. Room had a kitchen but no dishes. Room had a refrigerator but no ice trays.
no towels had problem getting a room after making reservation thirty day in advance, roaches in room no up today tv air condition not working right the was very hot an it the worst hotel I ever stay at in my life an I will not be recommend to anybody
The motel need major face lift very very outdated and the staff need traning
We arrived for the 3PM check in, with hopes to get ready for a 6PM concert at AT&T stadium. Upon being givin our room we were informed that our AC did not work, and they would be in and out of the room until 5PM to fix it. I told them to wait until after we left to fix, but the room was about 90 degrees, and uninhabitable. All other hotels were sold out because of the concert, and after 30 minutes of complaining, they finally gave us another room. Although I do feel sorry for whoever they gave the non-AC room too, at least we were able to make the concert. This was especially annoying because I had booked the hotel 6 months in advance, and we had just driven 500 miles.
The staff was very friendly. Ivy in particular was very helfpul. The van driver was on top of all of his many duties - good man! When we asked for an extra blanket or towel or whatever, the service was prompt and courteous.
there was a bit of a problem with the temperature control of the shower.
No hot water. Manager never returned our calls. We were constantly promised someone was on the way.
Only the location n the double beds sparate rooms of the beds.
Almost everything. The rooms were dirty especially the bathroom with hair all over the supposedly clean towels, tub, toliet, as well as the floor. My bed didn't have a fitted sheet on the bed and u could see the dirty mattress...the heating unit didn't work correctly. Most of all, the staff was horribly rude especially the mgr.
Location was very good.
It seemed the carpet was musty. There was an off smell. We both got headaches and stuffy noses.
Location was near AT&T Stadium. The price was affordable. The hotel was relatively in a quiet location.
We had a non smoking room that smelled liked a smoking room. In room appliances were old & non-appealing aesthetically. Furnishings need updating.
We had 2 rooms. One smelled like a smoke room one did not. We asked for non smoking. One of the pillows had stands all over the pillow case and had little to no "fluff" to it. The air controls in one room was digital the other was a dial that wouldn't click into the position to control the temperature in the room.
Location was good - many restaurants w/in walking distance-walked back from Dallas Cowboys stadium
Room was not vacuumed during three night stay-rode shuttle to Cowboys no seat belts and 2 people more in van than van could hold
The person at the front desk did not explain himself well -- I assumed from what he said I would be charged twice
I stayed here for the Thanksgiving Raiders game. The location is fantastic; about a 20 minute walk to the stadium (which you can see from the street). Also, there was a full kitchen, with stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
Water temperature in the shower/tub. On Thanksgiving morning, we discovered that there was only freezing cold water in the shower, so I called the front desk and they said that they'd send someone up. I then went to the Raiders game and then out for the rest of Thanksgiving evening. When I turned on the shower the next morning, there was still only freezing cold water. So, I called, and they said that they'd send someone up. I went out for the day, and when I came back, there was finally hot water. The problem was that there was now no cold water; there was only scalding hot water!! Doh!!! At this point, I just gave up...
Loved the arrangement of the king suite. Liked the kitchen with full sized refrigerator.
Didn't like the extra charge for parking on game day (we didn't have to pay for other night's - - this is just taking advantage). No ice bucket in room
When we checked into the hotel we were informed that they would be charging us for parking because of the football game. We stayed for three days two nights and the whole time there was no hot water. The staff charged over the booking.com rate, I later got it refunded back to the booking.com rate and the parking fee back and was only refunded $50 for no hot water. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Exercise facilities. Location.
unclean bed linens.
It was very lose to the AT&T Stadium. We were able to walk to the game. The hotel also has a shuttle to the game. We were able to pay $5 and leave our vehicle parked at the motel even though check out was at 11:00 am. Much cheaper than anywhere else you park during a game.
Furniture was pretty worn. It is an older motel and looks it. We were in town for the Cowboys football game. It served the purpose, we only needed a place to sleep. We had a suite with a kitchen. There were do dishes at all. No cups for coffee, even though there was a coffee pot. We had to go down to breakfast area to get coffee.
This place needs an redo! Old, dingy and not family friendly
