They were not prepared for breakfast. No milk, no butter, cream cheese frozen and donuts were abit stale.
Big room, kitchenette.
My room was enormous and was more like an apartment than a hotel. Everything appeared clean and in order.
Breakfast was not good!
I am handicap and in a wheelchair. Found it hard to get inside as there were no ramps visible. Not sure if there was any as there was a tremendous amount of snow. And in the bathroom though it was suppose to be handicap accessible. The toilet was too low and was hard to get off of.
the room was great, very comfortable.
Our sink did not work, our phone did not work, our remote did not work, our sheets had hair in them, the door to the room did not lock from the outside. There was only one towel we had to ask for more. Even though the room was no smoking, the smoke from other rooms permeated our room.
The young lady at the counter on Saturday was very friendly and helpful when we asked for our room to be moved. It was for the most part a quiet hotel.
It is an old fashion modern type a hotel
I like it because it was reasonable
did not have soap or shampoo in room on arrival. The next day there was no maid service. They took dirty towels and wash clothes, but did not leave clean ones. did not make the bed or clean the room. When we went to the office to ask for towels, they gave us one bath towel and two wash clothes for both of us because they said that was all they had clean.
Room had a terrible odor of smoke. Sheets and blankets had burn holes on them. Had recently snowed. Walkways were not shoveled or salted. Very dangerous. Staff was very accomodating, but the property and rooms are in serious need of TLC. Very old and outdated.
Roaches were present in with the bagels and on the countertop near the toaster. Dirty aluminum foil left in the toaster oven in the room.
The bed was hard as a rock!
The size of the room for the price we paid
All of it!! It was discustingly gross, dirty!! I can't believe they're still open and people stay there, yuk!
Nothing, the facility was the worse place I've ever been in! Mirrors off wall, doors off tract, draw front taped to cabinet, stove dirty, and this was the King suite!! I didn't stay after I've seen the room but they're holding my money for 4days,still waiting for them to post my money!!
Hallway was freezing as was the room. Went to dinner and left heat on room was comfortable when I came back. Breakfast was ready on time but would have liked to have a local newspaper. No knob for the front left hand burner and several tv stations had excessive static. Radio alarm did not work and emitted loud static finally turned off. Still, I recommend this location.
The location was perfect. Away from the maddening crowd but close enough to enjoy available restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely recommend for a midweek stay. Staff extremely helpful and accomadating.
I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness.
A lot of broken things Window openers shower Hot /cold valve Big starches on walls Looked like fight went on
Covience to casinos & ferry
Great value for the money.
Breakfast till nine.
Huge clean rooms. Ours even had a seperate kitchen/livingroom. Two TV's and good beds. Value for money for sure!
Rooms are rough around the edges, lots of cigarette burns and appliances are way outdated. The in-room binder said there was extra pillows, iron & ironing board and blow dryer were in closet but were no where to be found. The reception also seemed to keep a 'be back in 10 minutes' sign up at all times so we waited to check in although we could clearly hear them watching TV in the back.
Directly in the middle of the casinos. Very comfortable beds. Okay breakfast. Everything you need.
It was dirty and smelled bad it was way out of date and gross
Bathroom and kitchen area outdated needs help
