It was quiet and staff was friendly.
The owner would not honor booking price. I paid $60 instead of $40..
Not much, vacant hotel tells me a lot about the service, attitude, & facility in general
Room was okay, dated. Business attitude of desk person.
Office staff did a bait and switch on us. We reserve two queen rooms for four people. Had called ahead to confirm that the queen rooms included two queen beds each. After we paid she let us go to our rooms which we found out only had one bed each. When we went back down to complain she said that to have two beds would cost us more money. So we had ended up having to pay her more to be able to stay there. One of our rooms we had to change again because the door lock would not work.
fridge and micro
Price of good Had a fridge and microwave
Dood would not close without being kicked or slammed. No remote for TV needed to request for one.
Hard Beds, Cheap Furniture, TV not working, Internet not working all night.
More noise and very dusty
Noisy ac unit. Torn curtain. Dirty carpet. Hard to understand the front desk clerk. Moldy spell in bathroom.
Cost effective A/C was very cold
A/C was noisy gave us a smoking room, smelled like chemicals used to clean rooms Old floors, creaky A little bit of train noise every so often, not as bad as other places in town though.
Staff was friendly enough, and the free continental breakfast was plentiful. The facilities were clean-ish and there was plenty of parking when we checked in, which was about 5pm.
Bathroom door would not stay closed. The hardware would not engage the door jam preventing the door from remaining closed. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and rust everywhere else. The "free" Wifi signal was not powerful enough to allow us to connect to the internet (we were upstairs in the center of the building). On top of all that, a motorcycle club was staying there at the same time and enjoyed a night of revving up their Harley's and making car alarms go off...yeah, good times...for them. We however did not sleep well.
The price.....ground floor
The place needed some cleaning up....trashy....
THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN WE WANTED TO CHANGE TO A NO SMOKING ROOM.
THE BATHTUB IN OUR ROOM DIDN'T LOOK VERT CLEAN.
The service from the staff was exceptional, the free breakfast was ample, the room was in good order, everything worked.
That we hadn't stayed here before. It surely fit our budget
Checked in late, but service was prompt, friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly comfortable with refrigerator and microwave. I have stayed in Kingman several times over the past few years and this is my new favorite "budget" hotel.
Cockroaches in the room. Non smoking room smelled like smoke.
Economic price, pool, big bed, e-z on/off fm the 40
thin pillows, no hard boiled eggs @ the cont. b'fast
Very nice and helpful staff. We arrived past midnight but got a nice and very clean room. Above my expectation.
We needed to sleep since we arrived late but the walls are thin between the rooms so because very noisy in the morning.
Had to ask for everything no room service at all
pretty average low end.
Staff was very friendly.
Didn't have a record of my reservation when I got there, so had to wait while they looked it up and couldn't find it, then had to wait while they waited on another customer. Took too long considering I had made my reservation the day before.
The staff was very accommodating and attentive to my large family.
I like how Econo Lodge provided complimentary breakfast every day for about 6 - to 9 in the morning. Also enjoyed the little fridge and microwave in the rooms. Close to stores, and food.
Didn't get exactly what I booked and asked for. Booked for a king suite, which included a large sofa and a large king bed. When I walked into my room they were two beds and no sofa. No big deal but the sign outside the place listed the rooms costing $35.00 while I overhead the management making up prices for certain rooms just like mine.
A little bit removed from downtown. Also, no restaurants to walk to unless you cross RTE 66
Nothing really. It was a place to sleep.
My white socks were black on the bottom after about 2 hours in the hotel room. Hair on all 4 pillows. Hair on sheets. Booked a room with 2 queen beds guy at front desk tried to charge me $7 more the reserved price thru booking ,com that was before taxes. People in room next to us extremely loud. Could hear them talking over our tv- even with volume on tv loud. They were in n out slamming room door all night. Complained to office didn't seem to do any good as they kept us n our kids up all night. Will not be staying there again.
