No wireless access although listed & assured by desk person during 7 hrs of attempting to get online. Ridiculous !!! Couldn't print receipt in am

comfort of the beds. Cleanliness inside.

The exterior is not attractive. There could be exterior lighting

Check in only took 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly. The bed was the best motel bed I have ever slept on!

It was difficult to regulate the room temperature, had to keep getting up to turn heat on/off

It was clean, convenient, friendly owners, and a good value.

Clean and congortable room for the relatively room rate. Note that the breakfast in included in the rate.

The poor appearance might mislead the travellers. It could be better the owner could invest a bit money to omprove. It might be noisy for certain type of travellers due the party-like activities in grill business in front (with certain distance) of the hotel.

The bathroom lights didn't work, light fixtures fell off the wall, ac was not cold & I couldn't open windows to the balcony.

Very inexpensive, clean rooms and close to Phillys. The bar next door. We will definitely stay there again.

We chose the Latham Inn because of the price and location. The Inn was comfortable and clean, but is in great need of updating. We are already planning on staying there again before the end of the season. The staff was kind and courteous.

Just that it is outdated and there was no clock int he room except for the one on the microwave.

The room smell really bad, the carpet was humid. The toilet was in a bad shape, moisture and water damage.

Clean, quiet. huge room, good bed. big TV! Worth the price.

The place really needs maintenance work. The hotel is situated behind a bar that fails to accommodate their patrons' parking needs.

If price is your main concern, this is the place to stay. It is reasonably clean and decent. You also have a fridge and microwave which help you to save even more. Good enough for a place to put your head down.

There is a bar next to the motel which was somewhat noisy on a Friday night, but not too bad. The room had a strong smell of disinfectant on arrival, we could air it out though.
