Very nice manager offered to help me with my 38lbs suitcase to my room upstairs since they did not have elevator. I am 4'10" with bad knees. He asked to let him know if there was anything wrong with my room. I was glad that he cared about his business to make our stay comfortable. Motel is 50 year old but it was well updated. It's not Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn level but for the price I would stay here again.

    - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Rooms although slightly older were very comfortable and very clean. - Excellent value for money. - Location of the motel was excellent as it was only about 10 minutes from the church where we were attending a conference.

    Cannot think of anything.

Close to my visit to the Lemon Grove Elementary School

I had to ask several times for a hair dryer and the lamp shade was broken. I was awaken at 3:00PM with loud voices that were arguing.

Nothing. The worste hotel I have been in

I did not like anything. Bed was not made; room was not cleaned; used towels were not changed; bath top water was standing. It was miserable

I like that it was located to nearby shopping malls and restaurants.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was told that the information was not transferred correctly from booking.com to Econo Lodge. I'm very disappointed that I had to sleep for two days in a smoke permeated room with my family.

Stay here if you feel like sleeping in a room next to drug deals going down or crackheads walking in and out

Very talkative & friendly owner. Just across the road from a supermarket. 500m from the train station (Lemon Grove - $2.5 to get to San Diego in 25 min).

No cereals for breakfast served in the motel lobby (fruits / coffee / pastries though).

Newly remodeled rooms or at least the bedding was nice and the beds were comfortable. Every fast food resteraunt you would want just down the road.

The area at night is a little questionable.
