I thought the rooms were clean and comfortable for the price.
Breakfast was horrible the girl doing it was rude and never on time, both mornings I went down, first morning at 7:00am and no coffee, second morning at 6:50am and again no coffee and not all the food was out, breakfast is supposed to be ready by 6:30am, plus trying to cram all those people in the lobby with no place to sit and eat breakfast is a very badly planned idea.
Very close in walking distance to the Stadium. When leaving the stadium after a NFL game you have not to bother around with traffic. Just walk :-)
In Winter time the rooms are freezing cold w/o heating due to bad insulation. Also complimentary breakfast is reduced. It is in the middle of nowhere when traveling w/o car.
Convenient location for metlife stadium
Staff friendly and always willing to help.Raj at front desk is very helpful with anything you ask.
Shower is excellent
Breackfast location, very cold with outside low temp.
Convenience to stadium and retsaurants. Great spa shower.
A big bed
The location is so bad!spend too much time to go there, and the stuff woke u up to check out everymorning between 9am to 11 am,and the breakfast set in a open yald,so cold!
The motel was walking distance from Met Life Stadium, which meant no parking hassle at the game.
Nothing to eat nearby other than a gas station convenience store.
Good beds and sleeping quarters.
The breakfast area under a party tent was not a good look and it was slightly chilly. In your on line pictures this is not fulling shown as so. I think if you fill the rooms that are in side of the facility first better reviews will come. Changing breakfast area.
Easy way to get to NYC. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and big TV was just in time when we need it. I stayed only one night (I came late at the evening and left early in the morning), but it was perfect for that night, because we were very tired.
Great proximity to MetLife Stadium. Nice updated room - clean, quiet, comfortable
Evening staff was less than friendly. Wish there was a pool.
Raj in the front desk , he is very helful , politely , and very kind
Close to r
Close to reds restaurant to get to met life stadium
The room that I stayed in was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a good value for an inexpensive trip to NYC.
The location is the only down side of this property. The hotel could use some maintenance work as the water in the tub would not shut off completely. The grounds leave a lot to be desired and could use a good cleaning. The cable did not work properly. Some channels had no sound and some so fuzzy they could not be viewed.
I like everything.. room 161 is perfect
161 need table and 2 chairs in case travelers wants to eat inside room,,,hotel needs an elevator and more quality on tv service "cable provider"
Close to metlife stadium
Vending machines broken, no Chanel's on TV. Staff promised more coffee and linen would be brought to room but never showed up.
Fast checking ,quiet area, close to freeway ,,,in room A/C perfect... Bedding excellent.
Room needs more cleaning specially on carpet i like barefoot in room, so i can feel the dust ,,my room was placed by the indoor side,,too much noise and please work in a.c central for indoor dome ,,it feels too hot,, and and elevator will make easy the stay for travelers ,,,do you imagine going to 2nd floor from the basemant"parking lot"
I found a toe nail in the bed the 2nd day after sleeping on the sheets, we did not have housekeeping change sheets so that tells me that the toe nail was on the bed while i slept!! Was not mine!!!! Also very filthy behind bed with candy, gum, hanger, and pop bottle caps!!! Was not offered any money back for their filth!!!!
The staff were very efficient. Parking area spacious . Close to our event . Quiet area. Nice and small town
I liked that it offered public transportation into nyc and it was fairly close to the metlife stadium where me and my boyfriend attented the concert. It was quite no one bothered us at the hotel.
I didnt like that our bed sheets were NOT clean, there was stains on the sheets. It grossed me out. Other than that everything was fine.
Staff was very accommodating especially Raj.
We had problem with the keys to get into our room. Had to go back to the desk on four separate occasions to get new keys to get into our room.
There is nothing to like.
Looks like a homeless shelter, room doors propped open to the courtyard providing a glimpse of filthy conditions, clothes all over the place. Doors to garage (under the hotel) are propped open providing access to the hotel by anyone. Safety concerns. Left after about two minutes. The hotel requires 24 hour notice or charges for the first day. While the online photos, etc. make you think it is a nice hotel, you won't know how gross it is until you arrive and therefore will be required to pay even though you would be crazy to stay. The surrounding area has the industrial / low income ambience of inner city.
The look of the room.
The building wasn't appealing inside or out. They were doing construction right by the room early every morning. There was no comforter or blanket on the bed, just two sheets with some weird material in between them. The man at the front desk wasn't very nice, and he wasn't good at communicating. There were limited tv channels so we didn't even use the television.
price was double the typical rate due to the super bowl being in town. the room we stayed in was nowhere near the value that we paid for. overall the room was okay. the bathroom was still a little old and worn out. no hot water for one of my showers, internet didn't work in the evening. you can tell they are in the process of transitioning from an old dive motel to a more updated version.
