Room was clean. and Motel was easy to get to off the freeway after driving up the pacific hwy. Free breakfast
room had just had carpet cleaned, although it was good to see the carpets cleaned, they where still wet and damp. Location is not very close to the main tourist attractions compared to some other motels
room was comfortable and the location suited our purpose.
The telephone didn't work and there were no batteries in the ceiling alarm. WiFi was poor even un-usable at times. Staff did the minimum asked but weren't helpful. Breakfast was basic and not well stocked.
price, room was clean with refrig and microwave. Plenty of towels and stuff
Sound Proofing was terrible, I was kept awake all night by the tvs in the rooms next to me (yes, they did keep the tv on all night). Wifi was fairly useless, kept going in and out, fast then slow, dropping off at times. They need to get some decent range extenders and increase their capacity.
Check in was fast, location was good, close to everything.
When I arrived, the door to my room was hanging open, there were housekeeping supplies on the chair inside the door along with the previous guest's garbage. No one ever came to collect it, even after calling the desk. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom floor was dirty and there was mold surrounding the shower. The window latch in the bathroom was also broken, so the window would not close or lock, and the screen was ripped. Next time I will spend the extra money for a nicer place.
-Location (close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants), friendly and helpful staff), good value, parking on property, wi-fi clean.
-you can hear some noise from doors closing, but nothing intolerable.
Staff was rude. Bed was falling apart. Hair in sheets. Shower was a tiny stall. Sink was clogged. Never staying again!
Not much to like. The breakfast was a joke.
The property slopes up and of course our room was almost at the crest of the hill so we had a heck of a time moving our luggage uphill to get into our room. The room was just okay - pricey for what you get.
Relaxed front staff, close to fairgrounds
Moderately clean, room set up is strange. TV was in a cabinet facing a wall and not the bed. Room partially cleaned when we arrived, we put the dirty linens bag out of the room ourselves.
old, what remodeling done was done on the cheep. Way over priced on weekend $325.00 for Friday and sat and they did not sell out when every place was full. Breakfast was awful. Left my phone charger in room, was too trouble for them to look for it.
I liked the inexpensive room and location. It had a mini fridge, microwave and Direct tv. The pool was very warm and comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent. I paid 66 dollars per night for this room and feel I got what i paid for.
When we arrived, the bed was not made. This made me question whether the sheets had been changed. The shower head was broken and water was squirting out from the sides. The shower also had no drain screen on the bottom, just a hole. The hot tub was filthy.
The breakfast wasn't that great.
The sheets were clean.
We had to pay top dollar because a fairgrounds event had crowded all the hotels in the area, but this would not be worth it at any price. The wifi didn't work at all (on several items of both Apple and Android types, so it wasn't our problem) and the office guy could not help. The breakfast is just some cheap danish, coffee, and cold cereal on a shelf in the small registration room. (With one tiny table which all the guests are somehow supposed to share?) White socks quickly turned black on the grubby carpet. Furniture was dirty, dinged, partly broken, and way past time to replace. The cloth on the chair seats was worn and so stained that we didn't want to sit on them. The faucet fixtures in the shower/tub were mismatched, and the bathroom had one of three lights missing - an empty socket with the frosted glass cover gone. Way out of date wall paper, furniture and bed covers. A pile of trash that had spilled out of an overflowing trash can across from our room was still there after 10 hours; several staff walked by and glanced at it, but nobody bothered to do anything. Faded and flaking Christmas window decorations in the office window - in July! Even the cheap picture on the wall had slipped out of the matte inside the frame - the tape that used to hold it in place clearly exposed. When a hotel can't even be bothered to do maintenance that is free, then you know the owners have stopped even pretending to care. And the Econolodge chain itself also doesn't care about customer service if they allow a travesty like this franchise to continue.
The presence of free WiFi, telephone, microwave , fridge, TV and coffee maker in the rooms.. exellent service.
The breakfast choice is very limited especially for a foreigner like me. All the choices were sweets and it did not suite me since I am a diabetic.
service was very good good breakfast very clean
convenient to where i was going room was clean
parking is very tight and if you are up the hill it is quite difficult to get out heat did not seem to work too well
