My reservation was not on file. The front desk was not helpful or friendly. I requested a microwave, coffe maker and refig as on the Booking.com website. I was told "we told them to take that off the website". I stayed two nights, the second day my key was de-programmed. The Booking.com price is not the price I was charged. Being from this area, I should have knewn better. This hotel is a dump. The bathroom was bad and the room was small. The King size bed was bigger than the room.

I booked a room for two nights a month in advanced. When I was checking in, the female clerk at the reception said that my booking was alright but the room rate was not paid! So I had to pay the room again at a higher rate. I expect that some reads this review so i can get a refund

Hotel old, one lamp plug was missing, small room, King size mattress has sunken places in it. Noisy.from other guests congregating outside late evening snd early morning

This hotel didn't have great reviews but I booked anyway as just a place to sleep for one night and I'm not fussy. However, would not go there again. Staff did the best they could but room smelt bad (stale cigarette smoke?) and the smell was in all my clothes when left. 'Breakfast' was a few junk food snacks in a bag which I didn't eat - my advice - bring your own. Hot water available in reception.

Horrible bed. No Wifi except in reception area, so no privacy and it was very poor quality. No kitchen facilities for guests to make drinks or cook food. Way too expensive for facilities offered.

Extra fee for check in. No blankets on bed. No extra towels. Curtains did not fit windows properly. Anyone walking past the room could look in.
We booked for 2 persons (plus 1 young child) and got only a set of towels (i.e. 1 very small, 1 medium and 1 large). Furthermore, we booked this facility because of the advertised breakfast. All we got was a kind of breakfast box that had only sweet stuff, sweet juice, no bread/sandwich.

Had to wait forever for the shuttle and I eventually took a taxi to the hotel. Breakfast was snacks loaded with sugar. The apple was OK.
Not a safe place to stay. My car in the parking lot was broken in to. It's not what I expected
everthing,dirty,prprerty not clean .drunk,s on property Not CUSTOMERs over an hour fighting and yelling 2 to 3 a m.in the morning loud blower horn used by staff to scare them off property .Iwas told this by staff member in the morning.very bad all around.
-Lot of noise of AC/ Heat unit. -When I returned at night, no parquing space because the hotel share the space with the club next to it. -Breakfast area is converted storage space.
The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous
The room was Filthy, curtains broken and hanging, ceiling tiles were loose and hanging, carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed, bathroom.......needed to be torn out! Floor tiles broken and missing pieces, shower had mold in the grout! Thank Oddness we did not spend time in there but to sleep! The area is NOT a place for children!

Carpeting in room was filthy , both times.. I really had to scrub my feet after one night. Complimentary breakfast was a farce, we got a small to go package. Not up to the standard of other Days Inn that we have previously stayed in.
There was transport available to and from the airport, and it was timely. There was an option for breakfast, though I didn't take it.
I know that there are hotels that are a bit unsightly, but this was a bit ridiculous. I will say that I thought my room was a lot cleaner than it looked. The bathtub however was a mess.

Large soft bed and quiet night. A/C was efficient but noisy.
the parking lot has holes of 1 - 2 " depht. The furniture in the room is old and partially defective. The lamp on my nightstand had now lampshade. The bathroom door is creaky and hard to close (room 328). The vanity cabinet is rotting away. The bathtub is a dark grey, unsuitable to take a bath in. The electric appliances appear connected to mismatched outlets (perhaps fire danger)
