We booked for 2 persons (plus 1 young child) and got only a set of towels (i.e. 1 very small, 1 medium and 1 large). Furthermore, we booked this facility because of the advertised breakfast. All we got was a kind of breakfast box that had only sweet stuff, sweet juice, no bread/sandwich.
airport shuttles Maintenance man was very helpful
toilet was unclean Too much noise
Had to wait forever for the shuttle and I eventually took a taxi to the hotel. Breakfast was snacks loaded with sugar. The apple was OK.
Not a safe place to stay. My car in the parking lot was broken in to. It's not what I expected
everthing, dirty, prprerty not clean .drunk,s on property Not CUSTOMERs over an hour fighting and yelling 2 to 3 a m.in the morning loud blower horn used by staff to scare them off property .Iwas told this by staff member in the morning.very bad all around.
-Lot of noise of AC/ Heat unit. -When I returned at night, no parquing space because the hotel share the space with the club next to it. -Breakfast area is converted storage space.
The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous
The room was Filthy, curtains broken and hanging, ceiling tiles were loose and hanging, carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed, bathroom.......needed to be torn out! Floor tiles broken and missing pieces, shower had mold in the grout! Thank Oddness we did not spend time in there but to sleep! The area is NOT a place for children!
Only advantage was the shuttle from & to the airport. Reasonable rate for overnight prior to boarding a cruise ship
Carpeting in room was filthy , both times.. I really had to scrub my feet after one night. Complimentary breakfast was a farce, we got a small to go package. Not up to the standard of other Days Inn that we have previously stayed in.
There was transport available to and from the airport, and it was timely. There was an option for breakfast, though I didn't take it.
I know that there are hotels that are a bit unsightly, but this was a bit ridiculous. I will say that I thought my room was a lot cleaner than it looked. The bathtub however was a mess.
Proximity to the airport
Cleanliness is the worst!
Large soft bed and quiet night. A/C was efficient but noisy.
the parking lot has holes of 1 - 2 " depht. The furniture in the room is old and partially defective. The lamp on my nightstand had now lampshade. The bathroom door is creaky and hard to close (room 328). The vanity cabinet is rotting away. The bathtub is a dark grey, unsuitable to take a bath in. The electric appliances appear connected to mismatched outlets (perhaps fire danger)
Free shuttle to the airport.
I felt unsafe there, it was dirty, smelly, old furniture, somebody was knocking at my door in the midnight. This hotel is terrible, I would never recommend it to my friends, especially if they travel alone. This hotel should eliminate Newark liberty international airport name from its own name because it's unsafe to reccommend tourists stay there.
2 minutes from the airport, Front desk guy and van driver were friendly.
I would rather of slept on the airport floor. At least that would be safe. Absolutely discusting hotel room. I thought I might be murdered there. Avoid at all costs
The location is excellent, as it is just a mile from Newark Airport
The hotel room was quite run down, very old facilities, noisy air conditioner, dirty carpet, the booking made it clear we would have cable tv, but we had a big box tv that did not work at all.
The TV in room did not work. Head board dirty. Drawer in bedside table broken. 2 light fixtures in room did not work. Very little hot water alternating with cold water. Rude employees not responding to my complaints.
There was nothing that I liked about this place and I would not recomend or stay there again
The tv didnt work. I booked online and when I got to the hotel they couldnt find my booking. A man tried to open my room door to drop off an ironing board. Very unprofessional. Never again .
Near to Airport Free shuttle any time
Price was high Bathroom was not clean breakfast was not good
Close to the airport. Shuttle service.
Dirty. Poor and decayed instalations. Expensive.
I liked the location which was in proximity of New York City and Newark Airport.
The property was very cheaply managed. The rooms were not clean at all, the carpet was wet and the TV was not digital. The bathroom had no hot water which prevented us from taking a shower, and the bed sheet were not clean at all we felt like we were in a prostitute motel.
FACILITIES TO OLD, ROOM SMELS BAD, PLACE TO OLD
Bed was comfortable and showers were good.
This hotel was terrible. We were unable to leave the room at night due to the location and atmosphere. I find it difficult to understand how the Days Inn can market this as one if their hotels.
Short distance from the airport
I had to walk with traffic to get to the front desk. Cars were parked directly outside the window. Carpet always felt wet and damp. Bathroom had mildrew. Room was dirty. Wifi is only available in the lobby. Find another hotel your child could be knocked over going to the lobby.
This hotel should not be open for services. It is very dirty and all run down. It was a scary site once we saw our room we left and ran out of that place. I walked over to the Hotel next door for a decent room. Family with children please be ware dose not look like a safe place.
My children had their first view of a prostitute, I think it's used by the local authority to house the homeless, room carpet was filthy as my wife's white socks that turned black after walking on the carpet for 5 mins. Never again!!!
