Econo Lodge Phoenix Airport    

The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Plus, it was a delight to be able to smoke in a motel room. Most motels have banned smoking and it was nice that the motel accommodated smokers. Superb continental breakfast. Many thanks for a fine stay.

we liked the closness to the airport, we enjoyed the pool, the staff at the front desk was very accomodating and helpful. we enjoyed your facility very much and will stay again. we did not use the shuttle to the airport ,but thought this was A great convenience. thanks for A great stay.

Great location to PHX. The room was clean and modern. We would stay there again when we are over nighting in PHX.

The gentleman at the front desk was more than great, he went out of his way to be helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were greatful for the shuttle also.

front desk clerk needed to go to charm school. borrowed a cork screw from him and he said he would add a 25 dollar deposit to our room if not returned. had every intention of returning it in the morning. got a call at approx. 10pm asking for the cork screw . my husband was very upset as we had been sleeping since 9 pm. it was prob a 2 dollar item.

The beds were not comfortable. Too hard. The pillows were not supportive.

Excellent clean place at very reasoanble price close to Phoenix airport... Excellent choise for overnight stay to / from airport.

Breakfast was the usual US awful thing... Better forget... Surrounding ( location ) of Hotel does not seem to be very safe.

The person managing the desk the evening of 4/9/13 was exceptional. His exceptional service was impressive!

Obviously a budget friendly option, so I won't go too far on criticism.

Location to airport and shuttle service was great. Evening desk clerk was friendly, helpful and pleasant.

A car parked in front of our room had electrical problems wherein the horn would honk incessantly (up to 200 time uninterrupted times). This occurred over 15 times throughout the night!! I called the front desk, as did numerous other harried patrons, twice and was told they were "working on it". The was honking again at 7:30 am when my wife and I decided to drag our tired bodies away from the noise. At checkout, I asked the morning desk clerk to adjust our bill due to the all-night noise and little or no sleep. His reply was, "Certainly you don't blame us for the honking horn" and said he would consider offering a small discount on a future stay. We left. I will take up this issue with my credit card company. In addition, all of my friends will hear of our experience. The morning desk clerk has done far more damage to EconoLodge business than the $50.99 + tax we were charged.
