I liked the room.
Your breakfast included a bowl of apples that were so old and so brown they had to be rotten inside. We informed your staff and they removed the worst ones but I would not even touch the ones that stayed in the bowl. Pretty bad.
They did not have enough staff to keep up on breakfast. they kept running out of food and coffee. I was charged an extra night even though I called the day before. Not enough staff at checkin and originally they said I could change my reservation the day before.
Staff was friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable. this is a modest establishment but efforts have been made to make it pleasing.
The recommended brouchure in the room of where to order food. The comfortable bed.
The front desk person was extremely rude. Also the grout missing from the bathroom floor making the floor dip.
Was pleasantly surprised.I was nervous about the area when we pulled up I was nervous checked in opened the door and it's was amazingly clean. Your housekeeping staff rocks.Bad area but we felt safe.mom and 2 teenage daughters for a softball tournment. I am a bit of a hotel snob. its an older hotel on the outside very well maintained both in and out very clean thank you as I was in phoenix on a very busy weekend I would not of ever stayed at your hotel if I had a choice but now I wouldn't mind returning I appreciated the room was spotless! I also made the mistake of getting a king instead of a double room all 3 of us fit on the bed comfartable.
No coffee pot in room.
room and bed were very comfortable and everything worked perfectly
though breakfast was ok, it would have been nice to have some fruit. when i asked about it, they said they didn't have any that day
Accessibility to airport
Location was close to rental car return
Not a great location -- in a run-down part of the city (used car lots up and down the street, not much else). Sheets thin and worn, room smelled of deodorizer, didn't feel particularly clean. Steps-only to second level.
We liked the shuttle service from the rental car return site. The driver was friendly and helpful.
Because we had to be at the airport at 5:30 a.m., we were picked up at the motel by a taxi. The driver talked constantly about what a dangerous area the motel was in, pointed out the asylum for drunks and the criminally insane, told that he wouldn't live around there without plenty of guns and big dogs. His bigotted opinions should have been kept to himself. He made us uncomfortable.
The staff here was horrible. They charged me for 2 nights and also separately an additional night before I even got there. So before I even started my trip I was down $700, but they have no clue where the$200 charge came from so they couldn't give it back even though I showed them my bank statement. In the three hours I waited in the lobby about 3 people took off frustrated.
It was a very quiet night and we did sleep well,we where on upper level.
The area of town, group of young adults gathered outside on balcony and having to walk between them to get to our room in the dark of night.... A little unsettling for seniors.
Staff was rude and not helpful. No internet. Building is delapidated. Room in disrepair. Bed is ancient. Need I go on.
Clean. comfortable .
Homeless people everywhere
You can't smoke in the room.
Not a great neighborhood. We were told by hotel staff not to go further down road from hotel because of crime level. Did not feel too safe after that. Only stayed one night instead of 4.
It was fine for location and price. Wifi very slow
We were in AZ visiting Tuscon and our flight left pretty early out of Phoenix so we decided to stay closer to the airport our last night. This was a great choice for us! For the price we paid the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge, and free wifi! The staff was super friendly too - accommodated us with early check-in and helpful when we had questions. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
The buildings and street around the hotel seemed a bit shady coming in, so I was a bit concerned, but the actual hotel was nice (we just made sure that the dead bolts were locked at night)
The continental breakfast was very meager. Since the price of the room was inflated due to baseball spring training (which was not our reason for being there) the hotel could have "up" the breakfast bar a little.
The night staff were very rude. Not welcomed. I asked the female night clerk a question and she about but my head off! Then when I called about why the wifi did not work, the male night clerk was extremely rude. The wifi did not work in the room. I had to go outside by the pool to use the wifi.
Nice and helpful staff
Sketchy neighborhood. Bathroom outdat3d and worn
No coffee maker and there isn't any place really close to get any. Also the sheets on our bed were clean but worn and had holes in them.
Handy for the airport/car hire, after a long flight
Reception took ages. Elderly clerk with bad attitude and no help. Morning staff disinterested.
Location and price were outstanding
Internet was not working.....
The bed and pillows were great. Nice TV. Very friendly staff.
The room was schizophrenic--a wonderful bed and tv, but cracked lamps, goofy caulking, bathroom door frame rusted so the door couldn't be closed.
Handy for airport
Booked a non smoking room but they only had smokin. Room stank. Never again
