During my stay, the room was fairly comfortable but very small and not as clean as it could have been. At checkout, the staff checked the room sias everything was good and i finished the checkout process. After leaving there was a charge to my credit card. According to management there was smoke damage and cigarette buts in the room. I do not smoke and the room was spotless when i left. They went as far to say they have a picture of me from survailance smoking outside. Again, i do not smoke! How was the room cleared for checkout while i was there yet once i leave it smelled like smoke and had buts laying around?? On top of that, the charge for smoking in your room is $200, i was charged $50. The management is very shady and i will not be back.
The sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.
- Shower was not as clean as it should have been. Water temp was cold, or luke warm. - An employee charged me for 4 nights instead of only 2, and my money was not refunded completely for two days, leaving me with a measly $10 left in my account. - Free breakfast was lame. Toast, muffins, bananas, cereal, pancakes. No meat or eggs.
Not being able to take what they call breakfast back to the room is lame.
Ease of access.
The room was just okay. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.
Breakfast Parking Staff
Reasonable price, walkable to Starbucks, Denny's, comfortable bed
Dirty carpet in the room, older TV with poor reception
Nothing stood out as excellent nor bad.
Nothing to talk about.
location, close to the airport, reasonable price
It had a smell (not a good one) it was fairley clean but old. They would not let you take breakfast to your room but there was no place to sit. Not enough variety for breakfast.
Clean hotel. Great price close proximity to the heart if Seattle!
Wifi signal was weak in the room had to go closer to the office to find strong signal.
Difficult to access - had to drive through other businesses to get to. Though clean, it was very run down, very dark inside. Thin walls and doors. Noisy from foot traffic and nearby highway. No coffee machine in room. Continental breakfast offered very few choices.
Dirty Romo , need to clean Carpet , mire presure in shower , clean bedspreads
My kids loved the pool. It was easy to get in and out of Seattle....good location.
The breakfast options were minimal and not satisfactory. Plumbing not so good....water pressure low and toilet completely flooded after daughter went number 2. Maintenance came fairly quickly to fix the problem but we never received an apology for the inconvenience and I thought maybe a discount on our room price or something would have been nice.
close to Mercer Island
The clean bathroom and the bed was in good condition.
The emmenaties were ok. The food was just ok.
Staff gave me directions twice.
Air conditioner didn't work, plastic glasses, coudnt take breakfast food back to room, no coffee pot in roo room, maid knocked on door at 10:30 am and just got out of shower, goy call at 10:55 to see if i was staying or checking out and checkout was at 11.i already said i was staying one night and i knew when checkout was. I have never been called like that at any hoyel, totally unprofessional. Staff did not know how much pop was.
The room (which is suppose to be non-smoking) smelled heavy of smoke as soon as you walked into the room. The bathroom had feces and footprints on the wall. The bed was a hard as sleeping on the floor. As result my husband and I got only about four hours of sleep and both woke up with aching backs. The WiFi did not work/thus we could not get our work complete. The result, the worst motel experience I have ever had, and after tax it was nearly $90 to get no work done, very little sleep and not use the bathroom.
not the best location from downtown but overall the stay was good
No coffee maker in room, bed wasn't very comfortable
Pay $10 per night for a baby bed Breakfast sucks and just 5 tables so we had to sit in front of the reception desk Very poor wifi Environment sucked, only a mc Donald's and Starbucks in 5 minutes walk Smelled like smoke in the room We were placed on 2nd floor with a baby, why?
We booked the hotel because the price seemed very reasonable, and although we knew that this location in Renton was further away from the downtown attractions we planned to visit, we also knew we had GPS in our vehicle so getting where we wanted to go was easy! It was very clean and seemed quite well-run. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers!
Near Restaurant such as Denny
- chambermaid DID NOT do cleaning job at all! - 4 pax in a room but only 3 towels given each day! -very basic breakfast , nothing to shout about -overall, not a pleasant stay
breakfast is included, inside lobby is cleaner and the room where breakfast is self served. at least the surroundings is respectable but the inside rooms does not justify where we stayed. its good that the one of the staff can phone a cab for you.
1) room is stinky like someone has been smoking inside the room, even when you get in the bathroom it smell - first night I got terrible headache from the smell, we have to leave the window open in order to air out. 2) shower head is not working properly, not enough hot water, good thing there's a little garbage bin on top of the sink that we can used for rinse-because there's not enough force to let the water get through the shower head that's my guess. I don't know. 3) guest that are using the swimming pool are inconsiderate making noise at night good thing I fall asleep eventually. 4) its not bus accessible if you don't drive you spend too much on cab fare.
