Location was good and staff was friendly.
Breakfast could have had a little more options...
Mostly liked everything during our stay, with a few exceptions.
There was a gap under the door that let the cool air in - not ideal in winter. Used a towel to stop it. Furthermore, breakfast was a bit lacklustre for my taste. It wasn't bad (was good), but it was lacking in variety.
Pretty much everything friends found a hypodermic needle in their room, people at front desk just laughed and said sorry. And when they called the manager he was no help. Pool and hot tub were closed when it was °70 weather. Construction messes all over, costumer service was horrible. All around a terrible place to stay even for $50 a night.
Bed bugs Food was mediocre
In spite of facility, very clean and well maintained. Shower and bathroom very clean with new fixtures. Parking very convenient. No obnoxious guests. Thanks for ensuring the "no pets" and "no smoking"rules are followed
Sheets and pillows were had too much wear in my opinion.
We loved the retro feel of the hotel, our room opened to the pool. Nice and clean.
Everything was good.
Was not impressed with the breakfast. Not enough of a choice.
Advertized a sauna on web site and did not have a sauna. Front desk employee not very customer service oriented. Not kept up as well as should have been.
Breakfast included in price.
Rooms are dated and need upgrading.
The staff was friendly. Nice location. Bed was nice.
The ice machine was broken. Had a complaining person downstairs and didn't know what the problem was as we hadn't been told by anyone on staff that there was a problem.
the size of our room (a suite), the amenities, pool/hottub, being in central downtown, the considerate managers, the clientele
The usual "breakfast" of waffles (you make yourself), 2 kinds of sugar cereals (Fruit Loops) & though there are lots of fine bakeries in St. George, the bread quality was airy like Wonder Bread.
Nice room, nice kitchen and breadfast...washroom...A Nice and clean pool and a bath tub...Real nice place and St-Georges "Dixie" Utah is a neet city...And don't miss Snow Canyon...
Paved the parking lot butter
The location was in a good part of the city where there were lots of services. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly.
It seems that it is due for some updated features. The bathroom especially could have used some work.
Super Clean + Comfortable
Breakfast facilities were good.
Bedbugs in the beds in room 125
It was clean and comfortable
The place kind of looked runned down. It looked old
Nice, clean. Quiet
This motel has everything you need. Big bedroom, mirowave and fridge in every room, hairdryer, pool...
We only could stay one night.
liked complimentary breakfast and general cleanliness
ac unit very loud, parking lot in poor shape, dead desert landscaping, restaurant next door (on same property) very unappealing hurting the appearance of hotel (also had dead landscaping
Nice rooms. Bed is comfortable. King suite is big, very good for family. Very good price and location for travelers.
Breakfast is not as good as photos, but acceptable.
Lady working the desk when we checked in was very nice and friendly even though she was busy with multiple people. She was very efficient. A/C unit noise was not over powering with noise.
we were in 201 and other family members were in 202. The interconnecting door would not open as the carpet was too high. Could get the door open about 6 inches is all. Need to shave the bottom of door so it opens all the way.
It was quiet
The carpets were dirty. We were traveling with a dog and they only have a few rooms at the back of the hotel. The back fence wall was being redone so we had to park further away from our room. The neighborhood behind the hotel looked a bit sketchy. After looking at our credit card statement we realized we were charged twice. We stayed there on July 8th and it still hasn't been resolved almost a month later. The front desk worker was very little help, and the manager was conveniently on vacation, so we have to wait until Monday to try and speak to him.
We had had a great breakfast to kick start the day. And we very much appreciate we can check in in the middle of the night. It was 3am when we checked in!
