It was a good stay. No complaints except the breakfast.
The breakfast was poor with very little space to eat.
I've got the room on the 3rd floor instead of 2nd floor which the room has not been ready even I've checked in at 8 pm. at night. Internet very poor, heater did not work.
it was easy to get into parking lot,the manager checking me in was high as a kite.He was Pleasant, gave me another room when i requested it. upon checking out manager was very friendly and helpful.
first room was very dirty, and smelled of garbage, table top had not been cleaned, food particles and sticky stuff was on counter, it needed to be vaccumed, and the bathroom was filthy, very scary room. 2nd room was better and cleaner, would of been better if room had a siting table with at least 2 chairs. it also needed to be vaccumed, a new coat of paint would of freshened up the rooms..very drab
I booked online for convenience. The lady couldnt find my name or number.until.i took.her proof. 79 dollars online 90 dollars upon arrival. 9
The morning we checked out, the gentleman at the front desk was nice and friendly.
The wifi didn't work. We had to use an unsecure wifi address that didn't belong to the hotel. The excuse, "Sorry, we don't give out extra towels" is unacceptable but after being "nicely" persistent, they finally gave me one-extra towel. Wow, thanks. "Continental breakfast" at this place gave a whole new meaning. More like, coffee and donuts are available.
The only thing that was agreeable about this facility is the price, and for the conditions, it was over priced
The staff was too busy cleaning their cars, too busy chatting with their friends, too busy to worry about making sure housekeeping kept the facility attractive, just too worried about themselves, the guest and the appearance and cleanliness of the place were only a second consideration, if even that highly thought of to begin with.
Next to gas station which smelled horrible like sewage. Room was very dirty. Dirty carpet. Bathtub was dirty and we had to use a towel to stand on for fear of standing in something on the tub bottom. Furniture is old and dingy. Door was broken (hole in the bottom) so we could hear everything outside and draft came in. Not enough towels and soap amenities were extremely cheap. We were nervous to sleep for fear of bugs. We were scared for our car that it would potentially get stolen as the area is very seedy. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Overall we were uncomfortable and did not want to put anything down on the floor or walk around in the room. We only stayed because it was non-refundable.
The room was ok.
Grossly overpriced for what we got. No coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfastwas pathetic in a tiny room. $50 yes. $134 no no no.
-it is totally loud- it´s right next to the HighWay and you feel like you are on the High Way. So sleeping is very hard - the breakfast is almost not existing- there is only one table for the whole Motel - the price is way too high for this
Very easy access to/from, freeway close. Beds were nice and shower had Hot water. Close to many restraunts, Mall and Monterey
I had to pay an extra $20/night for non-smoking..if everything else wasn't sold out, I would have gone somewhere else. Rooms are small, no more than 2 people could fit. A bit outdated.
Origianally, the first front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful
The second night we were there we had a neighbor next door who had visitors at least every ten minutes all night. They would knock a specific knock and the door would open and then slam. We started to watch this and it was obvious to us that they were selling drugs. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk they did not want to talk to us.
