No functional wireless and overall high cost for the service. We had 2 towels for a reservation of 4 and we were said the maid was t there so we couldn't get more.

They had 1 towel for a family of four. I went to ask for more towels and they gave me 2. I asked for an extra pillow which I never received. They stated it was a busy weekend and they were running low on towels and linens. I understand it was a busy weekend (labor day) but come on over $200. I asked for the rate for the next day and the front desk could not give me a rate. I guess they didn't need our business. I think she would've tried to charge close to that amount anyway. We checked out the next day and went down the street for $79. Didn't have breakfast because it was a generic continental (toast, juice, coffee only). Went down the street to the Waffle Hut instead.

First they lied as to how far the hotel was from Harvey's and Harry's - the two most popular and biggest hotels in So. Lake Tahoe. We were there for a show and we would like to just walk it but to our dismay, it wasn't even a walking distance. Then the whole entire hotel is very old. We had to shower just a few inches from the wall (literary) because the shower head isn't extended enough to let me stand to the center and raised my elbow without banging it to the wall.. The bed cover has a blood stain. The bed itself is too high.

Eenvoudig maar goed hotel. Vriendelijke manager. Redelijk ontbijt.

Lights didn't work in the spa area. The spa button to turn on and off didn't work. Had to unplug to turn off.

Room was clean, location was decent. Helpful staff

the internet is super slow or didn't work at all. The cable tv is fuzzy, no pool.
