everything was clean
all appliances, furniture are old; stuff always turned off air conditioner in my absence so I had to return back in hot room when the temperature outside was about 90 when I arrived at 4 pm I spend 15 min trying to find stuff to get my key without success, so go it with a second trial when I arrived 1,5 hrs later
Large, comfortable room. Staff was nice and accomodating.
I had special requests for medical needs and the booking and the Motel made sure my needs were met.
Our stay was great. Man at the desk was wonderful. Great room. breakfast in the morning was well stocked.
I liked the wall between the kitchenette and the bed
The round toilet - should be elongated. The TV needs to be raised
The only room open was smoking and the room smelled horrible every time you entered. I asked for an air freshener and the desk clerk said to make sure I brought it back after I sprayed. The breakfast is only Muffin, Bagel or English Muffin with jelly or cream cheese. Juice or coffee. The room was nice though if it wouldn't have smelled so very bad. But I am a non smoker, my kids couldn't stand it so badly that they stayed with family instead of at the hotel.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location was ideal for our trip. Room was dated but spacious.
good location, nearby attractions, clean rooms
The room was spacious, though a little outdated. Having wifi available was great. Continental breakfast was decent. The pool was clean and having it partly covered was a nice feature. Not to many parking spaces available, but just enough.
No hair dryer.
Quiet, good beds. Clean bathroom except for corner where wall and bathtub met.
Continental Breakfast was a joke. corners and carpet were not clean wood in room needs to be refinished. Would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room. Also the ability to have some plates and silverware in room since there was a fridge and microwave. The fridge froze everything in it and ruined some of the items we had in it.
Staff Price Size of room
Wi fi sometimes had issues
Great value room with micro and frig. It was clean and large in size.
It was a little far out from the city but still fairly easy to drive in.
Wi-fi didn't work.
The fact that I could sleep there.
There was blood on my sheets
Nice spacious room
It was a good location near restaurants and close to the freeway
the room was large.
The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. Everything was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Close to affordable places to eat.
The rooms carpet cold have been vacuumed better.
Clean and excellant shower
DIdn't have coffee in the room.
I was greeted by a very friendly and professional young man and a clean and inviting Lobby. Even though there had been a mix up with my reservation as Booking.com faxes the res to Hotels (even though this is 2014) so I blame Booking.com for that one. He happily put us in a 2 queen room as it was the last room and didn't upgrade my price which was nice of him. Breakfast is very basic but the convenience of grabbing a quick muffin and warm bagel and some OJ helped our morning out.
The in-room heater was noisy when it cut on and I was woken up continuously throughout the night only getting about 3 hours of sleep.
-Spacious Room (Suit) -Breakfast (Free) -WiFi -T.V. -Helpful staff (Detailed Tourist Attractions) -Pamphlets in front to advertise activities/ things to do nearby
-Extra $10 per night per "guest" fee -Despite being "Non-smoking," some neighbors smoked on balcony and smoke stench occasionally drifted in my room.
It was a great price and worked for what we needed. It seemed clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't huge but got us by.
The bed was a little hard. They ran my card before they asked how I wanted to pay.
Have stayed here several times...great value for money, very clean and close to lots of things to do
would like a more expanded breakfast or maybe just a little variety from time to time
I liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. We had little soaps & shampoo which some places don't offer.
I didn't like that there was an ajoining door to the next room. I could that person talking and coughing alot seemed like really no privacy.
Very clean, large room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
