Easy access to I=84 No Elevators. Being Handicap it was a chore climbing the stairs.

Only hotel with vacancy close to where we were visiting. I reserved a non-smoking room. We were given a smoking room. When I went to the front desk to complain I was told that I booked a smoking room and they were completely full so no non-smoking rooms were available - even when I showed the rude clerk my non-smoking room confirmation. The hotel is old, dirty, and smells so bad we couldn't sleep. The ceiling tiles are water stained and falling down, the wall paper was water stained and peeling from the walls. I really felt like I was staying in a 3rd world country. It was disgusting. Now staying at an Econolodge has become our family joke.
