Very basic small room, clean and updated. Got in late and out fairly early so I just needed a place to sleep and this fit the bill. Staff were friendly.
Room was very cold when I got there. I suppose the staff could have turned on the heat so the room was at least a little warmed up....a minor inconvenience.
The thing I liked most about this place was how clean the room was and that it didn't have a funky smell.
The mattress was extremely stiff and it was hard to fall asleep. The noise of the traffic outside is also a huge downfall!
Mr. Jay (the manager) is friendly and welcoming.
There were (tiny) ants on the vanity. Problem was reported to Mr. Jay.
The price was the only thing decent.
The room was dingy in a questionable area of Portland. Far from any main attractions and City Center. The TV did work....until we put on the window air conditioner. It never worked for us after that. The bathtub had no caulking around the shower... Good breeding ground for mold! I cancelled our second night!
The bed, decent room size.. nice shower. the wifi... location of how everything was close on 82nd. My girlfriend and i enjoyed our stay :)
Just the tv channels were a little messed up, same with the tv itself having issues..
Bus stops in front of the hotel
Nice staff and location
The hotel did not receive our reservation so we had to get a more expensive room.
The fact that I could leave!!
Where should I start??? It was in a sketchy part of town, when we drove in their was a drunk person drinking beer off the balcony then when we finally checked in the gut was blocking the stair well. The front desk person was a total ass and rolled his eyes at me at least four times. ( he didnt speak very good english ) and because he didnt understand me he was less then desirable to deal with that's when the eye rolling started. After we finally got to our room it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but their must have been 3-4 smokers right outside the door so the room was smoke filled anyway. it was a musty out dated room, the bathroom looked clean is the only plus side!
It was clean, and neat. Courteous staff.
The room was a little small & the parking was very tight.
It had a fridge, microwave, wi-fi, and a king bed.
The "free breakfast" was a donut and juice. No waffle, no milk, no choice, no place to eat.
A comfortable, quiet place that was well situated to surface streets and also had easy access to the nearby freeway.
Our King bed was very comfortable and the room was in good shape, very clean. If you'll be visiting Portland for a last minute road trip like my boyfriend and I, this is a good place to lay your head. The price of our room was also good.
The "included breakfast" was disappointing.
The smell of room was so bad. But 2* I think that's all they can do
