The helpfulness of the staff
rooms very basic; non-smoking rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke
The room was way over priced. I realize it was the beginning of the school year but I feel very cheated. The halls wreaked of cigarette smoke and I don't dare to guess what else. The bathroom was so small I kept hitting my arms. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than to return.
Pet friendly - helpful staff - clean room - good location
Nothing fancy - basic room -
End of hall room close to front desk.
Housekeeping took hand towels that were dirty but didn't leave clean ones to replace them. Also was hit or miss on emptying trash. Pillows were small and bed was hard!
The hotel smelled and we had a smoking room that was very smelly. We had to purchase air freshener snd leave the window open all night. We paid $ 150 which was quite excessive for what we got.
The staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good for what it's worth. Wifi, tv and cable good for the value.
They are in the middle of remodeling so some leeway is given, but the main halls had a musty smell, the bathroom in the room was cramped and needed an update, and the air conditioner made the room smell a bit. For $135 a night it was a bit lacking... Hopefully the remodel addresses these issues. Although it was not a terrible experience, the word "mediocre" sums it up.
Clean, had the basics including fridge and microwave.
Blanket was sheet thin. Very slow basin drain. No hair conditioner. Couldn't re-enter from 2 side doors because didn't work ("waiting for parts") so had to use front entrance where there was construction. Construction started early morning - asphalt fumes were unbearable. Couldn't hear TV or talk on phone due to equipment noise. Had to leave earlier than anticipated due to the maintenance noise/fumes that started about 8 am. Should have scheduled it between 11am-3pm when guests are supposed to be gone.
their was construction going on. noisy and lots of workers around front entrance and lobby. The next day the whole lobby smelled badly of very strong paint. I guess it has to happen sometime, but a heads up would have been appreciated.
Fridge and microwave in room.
No fire sprinklers. Door to room would not close. Key card quit working 5 times.
Good wifi, convenient location. Clean and comfortable, though renovations should be made clear to those who seek peace and quiet during the day/afternoon.
Exit door outside my room (first floor) did not open in the morning. Very dangerous given it's the emergency exit. Was not warned of renovations during the day. Construction chemical smells and noises are headache triggers for many. Very inconvenient to not be able to enter the side door when my room was the first one inside it. Very inconvenient!
convenient to where i needed to go clean friendly staff
air conditioner just cooled room. payment disagreement with another guest as i was checking in
It was a great location for all the places we wanted to see. It was also a great value.
I wish there was a workout facility.
Suite like appointments. Eating table and chairs, fridge, microwave. Comfortable bed.
No sheers of curtains behind blackout drapes. We were on ground floor near entrance. opening our drapes to let light in put us in full view of passersby. Second floor occupant walking around heard in our room.
Location was good. Clean. Soundproof walls. Nice variety of foods for breakfast :)
Went to check in and no one was at the front desk. Had to wait three-five minutes before someone showed up. Bed and pillows weren't that soft and comfortable.
The hotel is placed just in shopping center and as we stayed there on really rainy day we appreciated the location the most
the breakfast was poor
Service and price
Location in a commercial centre
Convenient to Cornell University.
team was friendly and helpfull
breakfest was horriable
Great location, friendly staff, clean, outstanding value.
It was clean, the staff courteous, a good deal for the money.
The bathroom towels were a bit on the small side
Cooperative staff, useful shuttles services provided for free.
The beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient. The room was clean.
The breakfast was totally inadequate! It was a complete disappointment for the price of the hotel!! We ended up having to go somewhere else to eat!
The hotel room was clean. The breakfast being included was a bonus. It also offered a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was a good value compared to the other hotels in the area.
Even though it was cheaper than most of the competition, it is still a little pricey for the condition of the hotel. Not rundown, but not modernized at all!
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
