It was clean and the staff was great
Huge spiders everywhere and a nest of baby's in the corner
No WiFi from our room. Room Lacked adequate outlets. Had to move refrigerator to use
The room was very clean, the bed was great, big clear flat screen TV. The room was very quiet, parking right outside the door, easy access. Friendly staff, pleasant other patrons, Breakfast was fine, hot coffee in lobby available.
Very little counter space in bathroom for cosmetics, few electrical outlets made difficult to charge phone and pug in computer. Bugs, midges and bigger ones, were in full force. But that isn't your "fault".
Cheap rate. Close to downtown restaurants etc.
They delayed our check-in by 5 hours as the "system" was down and they had no idea which rooms are empty and which are occupied. This was not such a big hotel so why such reliance on technology, no idea! They simply kept shrugging and kept asking us to check later.
breakfast coul be better...
Two queen beds were too large for the room. With the addition of a rather large chair, one person had to stand in the bathroom for the other person to move. Suggest either two double beds or one king, and small chair. Coffee maker was on a shelf above the toilet. Ick. Couldn't locate the property on the Wi-Fi list, even with the password. Four steps up to the door, even though I had requested a disabled room. Refrigerator door scraped the carpet.
No sweetener, bad shower, light on all night outside door drew insects by the thousands - open the door and in they came.
The couple running the place were friendly and helpful and wonderful. They've only been there a month and they're doing a great job. Any issues we had were leftover from it formerly being an Econolodge. The beds were super comfy and the room spacious enough for our kids to not drive us nuts.
The location was conveniently located to the freeway.
Room was unbearably hot. The town had bad smelling air pollution. This part of town is run down and old.
Manager was unreasonable with cancelation request due to road closures and state of emergency fire dangers. His advise was to go out of our way, adding hours to our trip, to fulfill a reservation.
I was told they had new carpets, didn't look new to me. Phone did not work!
If you like crumbs all over the floor when walk in and drapes been hung by wire this might be your place. For a 2 star our room didn't come close. My daughter wouldn't even sleep in the sheets . She slept on top of them.
The reception person was delightful. Very pleasant and helpful. Offered great places to eat and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom /toilet was clean too. At $70 a night for a family of five ...very cheap.
It was run down, the steps and balcony were very dated and a little dodgy. The security light stayed on all night and kept most of us awake.
friendly guy at check-in
had to run tap for >15 minutes to get cold (no, just coolish) water. shampoo tube provided was half full... reused?? I've seen cheap soap before, but c'mon... poker-chip sized?!? A/C blows directly on your face when you sleep. weakest wi-fi ever, close to dial-up speed. terrible!
Nice TV (didn't have time to use) Furnishings Late checkout
Wi-fi required password each time I opened up my laptop. Some of facility is in need of repair. Leaking gutters (above where you need to walk), rotten wood structure on walkway. Small refrigerator didn't get very cold
The breakfast had too few choices.
Great value for money in comparison to all other motels we have stayed at, free wifi, breakfast, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, TV, hairdryer, towels and shampoo, lotion and soap, really nice staff, convenient to get to. Cheap and it works!
Smelled of smoke and bathroom had lots of limescale esp on showerhead.
Very nice location staff was friendly and very helpful good value for the price
Unfortunately the area where hotel is there are limited dining options in downtown Klamath Falls
Good location. The room was very clean and well maintained. Manager was very helpful and courteous. We would recommend this motel & staff to everyone.
wore out mattresses drains were clogged rooms were muggy walls were thin parking was difficult buildings are severely aged, need renovating
The manager was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Breakfast was included.
Not inviting from the outside. Dirty bedspreads and torn blankets. Old, rickety furniture.
place is a dive
