The bed and all the bars around it.
Staff lady was the worst customer service lady I have ever dealt with. She is extremely rude and short tempered. The older guy is awesome and very helpful.
Pretty much what you would expect for a out of town hotel. Good location near the airport and across the street from public transportation terminal. Easy access to the airport. Overall a great stay.
We had a flushing problem in our restroom, we asked the reception woman Cindy if she can solve the problem. She was very kind and said that one of the staff will come shortly to take care of this. After couple of minutes, a guy came to our room and repaired the toilets. Overall the service was quick and great.
Staff was very friendly!
Not a very good breakfast there were no bananas either day! The hot and cold water on the sink was switched. The bathroom door would not stay open and I had to use the garbage can to prop it open.
The location was super convenient and the staff was super helpful. We got great recommendations for sightseeing and very good directions. We appreciated the continental breakfast. Once more, the staff was great!!!
The decor (but that didn't matter).
Having an elevator next to us was nice instead of stairs for carrying luggage, etc. to and from our car and having a light breakfast available before we headed out was also nice.
Bed was a bit hard, but if you are tired enough, it just doesn't matter! : )
Door wouldn't open or lock. Ants. Refrigerators didn't work. Television had terrible picture quality. Non patrons partying in the parking lot
The EconoLodge was close to everything-airport, food, and highways. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and there was an elevator.
Entrance is at the oncoming left turn lane. We stayed two separate times in a week, on the first stop over the lock on the door did not work properly and the second stop the carpet inside was too high and made the door difficult to open.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was so much chlorine gas where the hot tub and sauna were it was difficult to breathe. Wifi didn't work on the day we left and a group of very loud people arrived very early in the morning and woke us up.
It was close to where I needed to be. Clean and inexpensive.
Breakfast? Barely more than coffee
close to airport
Bed was very hard
The service : the receptionnist was very nice and very helpful.
The smell of smoke in a non-smoking room
lttoo far from city center, old rooms (ants were crowding in my room #101)
Great location, across the street from the MAX. The buffet breakfast of bagels, muffins, orange juice and coffee was always fresh. The room itself was extremely clean, as was the bedding and bathroom. Just as good as a 4 star hotel. Lastly, wonderful hotel staff. Cindy and Marilyn can't be beat. I planned to stay for one night and stayed for a week instead and saved a bundle.
The rooms are supposed to have wireless as well as wired wifi. The wireless was pretty good but the wired didn't work at all.
Really simple to check in
The hotel is really close to the MAX Red line, so it makes it very easy to go to and from he airport and the city. The staff at the counter was really helpful and gave us tips on where to go, as well as directions in case we missed the last train. There are some restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The room was quite big enough, even for those carrying big luggage. The bed sheets and the bathroom were clean and there was a microwave and a small fridge in the room as well. They do take seriously the quiet time, so I had a restful night with no noisy outbursts from outside, or from other rooms. The staff encourages you to call them if it gets too noisy.
Because of the quiet time, from 9 pm to 9 am, you have to speak in a really low voice, even when standing in the parking lot, because it can be heard from the rooms and it can bother other people. Also, if you have trouble sleeping when there's too much light in the room, you might want to consider bringing a sleep mask with you. The curtains do their job well, but some light still goes through and around them, enough to wake up sensitive people. (Though I did sleep like a log that night).
Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Last thing I wanted to have to do after my 11:30 pm flight landed was to habe to call the staff, no matter how courteous, to make my tv work. And if it was a no smoking room why was there a cigarette burn on the toilet seat? Was offered a discount on next visit, but would only stay there if needed to be near airport again.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable.
very good connection to downtown with public transportation parking available
traffic noise no breakfast room - take your breakfast and eat in your room coffee very thin breakfast small variety
Staffs were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and the location is excellent.
Refrigerator made loud noise and no coffee maker in the room.
Close to public transportation - on the route of many bus lines and the MAX Red line. Firm mattress. Place looks fairly clean. Good price to value ratio.
Drain was emitting bad smell even after the maintenance man's visit.
This hotel is doing a great job with what it has - the neighborhood is not the best - building is a little older, but it felt somewhat secure. There were some kids milling about at night causing a ruckus. There was a patrol car there in what seem like seconds and it was cleared out- kudos to the staff for keeping on top of it. The staff was amazingly cordial and friendly as well. WiFi great.
maybe one extra towel in the room -TV is ready for an upgrade.
Very convenient access to the airport and MAX lines. Clean room and pleasant staff. WiFi worked well. Not a fancy place but clean, convenient and a fantastic value if that's what you need.
Some may find the neighborhood a little sketchy (as I overheard a few others say). I felt fine onsite but just a note to those that may be sensitive in urban areas.
