“ just everything. A very clean small comfortable hotel in the heart of Manhatein tourist attraction area. Staff are very friendly warm and respectable. I had that medical condition and they were like family besides me. I will always be greatful to everyone of them. I am already planning my trip for next year. ”

We liked the location, close to Times Square and Hop on Hop off busses and was a short walk to many landmarks. Included breakfast was great too.

your staff were very friendly and helpfull.Especially a lady called Katherine Bejarno,who went out off her way to help us. Excellent location.will definitely visit again.We went with econolodge because we were very happy with the place in Orlando Florida.Thanks

Staff very friendly and helpful. Firm matresses in room were great for sleeping. Location was perfect for attending Broadway shows. Rooms too small- 2 people could hardly move in it. Foot of beds less than 6 inches from the wall.

The location, the staff and the breakfast food are fine, especially when considering the budgetfriendly price! No separate room for breakfast available. Breakfast in the small lobby with only 1 small round table and 2 or 3 chairs for 15 people.

Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast. We enjoyed staying here so much that we hate to criticise... But the street below was rather noisy at night. You need to be a good sleeper! The traffic kept going most of the night; I think some of the vehicles were refuse lorries collecting rubbish and also a lot of emergency service vehicles with sirens blaring.

Staff extremely helpful and location excellent. Clean and much cheaper than nearby hotels. Rooms are tiny and tired. Traffic quite noisy at night and could be heard from the room, but didn't really bother us as we were so tired. Hair dryer not working.

Very close to Times Square. The rooms were clean. Rooms were VERY noisy. Sounded like the window was always open and you are very close to a major road and a fire station, so horns and sirens all day and night. Even with earplugs it's loud and I am a good sleeper! Room not much better than a hostel, but twice the price.

Close to the Times Square, metro lines, grocery, fast food, restaurant, shops, free breakfast, elevator, helpful and friendly staff, clean bed linen. Extremely tiny room, no closet, only one table in the breakfast room.

The stuff is great. They answer every question and try to help as much as they can. The reception works 24h and if there is a problem, it is fixed in few minutes. Also free coffee all they long , basic breakfast and Free wi-fi. The room was very very small but we got used to it very quickly

The location and staff where excellent, breakfast also good just missing toast!! The maintenance guy hoovering late at night between 9pm and 11pm some nights!! Rooms could do with being just a bit bigger as not much room for unpacking and storing luggage!!

Great location, especially at this price. Clean facilities. Rooms a bit on the small side, but adequate for a city trip if you only plan on sleeping in the room. The breakfast selection was very limited - but then, in all fairness, breakfast was also free! (And there's a very nice Italian place with great breakfasts just a block away).

Excelent location, right beside Times Square and close to subways too, which is really important in NYC. Good breakfast too. Staff was great and helpfull. The rooms are really small making hard to fit and use large luggage. Bathroom was small too.

Location was excellent -- close to everything and within walking distance of -- shopping, shows, good dining, etc. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Loved the pillows! Continental Breakfast was good and staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate always available in the lobby -- this was an excellent idea! Would certainly stay there again! Room was small but apparently this is common in NYC. However, it was clean and comfortable and who spends a lot of time in their hotel room in New York City??!! We were happy and would certainly stay there again.
