The outlets on the entire back wall did not work.

Great service. We stayed here for Coachella and the owner shuttled us to the event.

A little expensive but all the hotels in the area during Coachella are expensive.

We came for Coachella. Location was close. Bathrooms were large and refurbished so quite clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Overall I was surprised by cleanliness for the money.

They only had maid service for one day out of the three that we were there. Some towels were very thread bare but they replaced them with better ones. The a/c unit was quite loud but we didn't have a problem with earplugs.

Bed was comfortable - apparently breakfast ok but I didn't try it

Externally didn't inspire confidence ... Receptionist difficult to understand. Gave us wifi log in but it needed a second login and she didn't know anything about it even when I showed her .. So didn't get any Internet. 2 very small tables in very small reception area for breakfast

Close to a train road that woke me up during the night (only think I didn't like)

The freight trains right by the front door that run all night. The walls actually shook. Better bring ear plugs if you plan on staying here.

room was good size and not at all run down

exterior appearance was less impressive than the room itself which was quite nice for the price. wi-fi was up and down, needed to go outside a few times to shut down and restart the nearby router to get signal

The train 500 feet away. The stranger knocking on my door at 530am asking for gas money. Being able to hear casual talk through the walls.

Don't book them it will hurt booking .com! Hookers pounding on room doors all hours! Cleaning people took our own towels we had to say we were going to get a lawyer! Took our razors, had do not disturb on out doors , they still came in! We travel all the time, had a really bad time trying to change dates for our rooms!

My husband and I arrived with a truck and the clerk gave us her parking spot as none of the other spots were large enough. That very nice of her and we appreciated her kindness. Also we liked the location of the room away from the RR.

The continental breakfast could use a varitey of more items to choose from.

The room itself

The dozens (literally) of trains that passed by just across the road from my room. I had the end room.

Price

1. Smoke detector was removed from ceiling. 2. Train noise very severe and often. 3. Dead bolt inoperative. 4. TV had poor picture.

Value for the money was good. Clean room and bath.

Not much!

Very basic hotel with thin towels, railroad tracks across the street, old TV with broken remote and too much furniture in a small space. Pictures make it look much better than it is- pool is really small.

Room was clean, beds comfortable and quiet in 112. Heard the trains a bit but not bad, no whistles. Price very reasonable.

Not the best location. Pool did not look inviting at all.

My wife said it was exactly what we needed. The people that checked us in were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean.

The towels were terrible; the owners were friendly once you could get their attention, but they were not attentive. It is on a one way street and there is no sign saying so, so you can very easily end up going the wrong way down a one way street. The railroad tracks are across the street; the area is not the best. Price was very high due to Coachella/Stagecoach . . . but nothing else was available.

It does what it says on the tin: basic, affordable accommodation. It was good to come back to the room and smell that it was clean. The staff is really friendly.
