Left the car at the hotel. Electric bus was good transport to city, fishermans warf and China town.
Walls are not insulated and you can hear the people in the next room. Also very close to the main road, because of no insulation against noise made it very difficult to sleep.
Location is great
Location Free car park Free Wifi Staff Cleanliness
Not the best Wifi, but at least works ok. No issues with this place.
Advertised with "brand new rooms" but it's pretty old, old beds and carpet... To expensive for this hotel
The staff was very nice, informative, and accommodating. There are adequate supplies of toiletries in the room. All the necessary amenities are present: air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, alarm clock, coffee maker. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Furniture was cheap, and the towels and sheets were worn and thin. Parking was not secure in any way.
Clean Very friendly and funny staff
No wifi (didnt work even after complaining) Room was more or less located right in the middle of a busy traffic junction, very noisy inside the room Parking space right next to the street on the ped
free WiFi and air conditioned room
the phone did not work,it was stuffy in the room, parking was crazy, you could here the neighbors through the wallsthe room felt a dirty
The manager was polite and the location is an ideal spot to walk down the marina district (which has great restaurants and shops). This has to be the safest place i have stayed at. Also, it's close to the muni to go into town. A good perk is that there is a fridge and microwave in the room.
This was basically a place to put your things while going on adventures, it's no Hilton and it smelled like mildew. Bring your own towel, the ones they give you is like sand paper. Also, go to Walgreens and pick up some ear plugs this place is on a major street.
great customer service reasonable size for the rooms great location - a short bus trip from the warf
I felt safe to walk out in the Presidio and Golden Gate Park, and could find plenty of options for food on Lombard and Chestnut streets
The room was looking a little tired and the concrete surroundings detracted from the setting.
Everything was clean, perfect wifi, good staff
Everything was good
Staff are amazing, friendly. Welcoming, rooms are clean, comfy, homely, and very good value. I'd recommend here highly :)
helpful staff, location and free parking
rooms are too small
I got bedbugs bites all over! I was in room #29. Next day I looked horrible. Bed was so uncomfortable, dirty carpet. Overall, the room was filthy! It's worth paying a little more for a better hotel.
Dirty, bedbugs, very uncomfortable mattress
Very nice location, safe area, free parking and fraily priced! Microwave and fridge included. Bus stop is just two blocks away. very easy for us to get around the town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always checking on us to see if we needed any help. I would stay here again next time I visit SF!
The location was perfect to get to all the public transportation, walking distance to a great street with cafe's, shops, restaurants and cute stores. Great free Wifi and free parking, we arrived parked our car and didn't move it until we left 5 days later. Great convenience since all the hotels charge you to park while you stay. Huge pro!
The hotel was dirty, the room was really stinky that every time we came back to room we had to open the two little windows and door to ventilate it and then since it was on a corner of a busy street all the noise of traffic was heard. The room was dingy, there was no explanation on how to turn on the shower and the rooms were tiny. It was expensive to stay there and not really worth it.
This was easy enough to find, and it had free parking. People complain about the price for such a small old motor-inn, but factor in outrageous parking costs elsewhere in the city, and this is a bargain.
It has some upgrades, but is definitely old. The bedding and towels were thin and old, but we only needed the motel for sleep. I would have slept better if I felt more comfortable with the door locks. I was traveling with children and wouldn't let them outside at all.
Facilities were unclean. Staff wasn't knowledgeable, friendly, or cooperative at all. No care or attention whatsoever in the rooms or in the service. For $185/night it was far far below standard
Cheap price for San Francisco
Good location to landmarks
Had a little smell but we bought a candle and it was fine
Service was great
Friendly welcome.Location in San Francisco.
On a very noisy bend. Not serviced one of the nights-bin still full.
The upgraded rooms. Amazing staff!!! Comfortable bed. Prime Location without a prime fee. On site parking.
Newly renovated bathroom, yet there was an ugly patch on the ceiling with visible mold on the surface. Looks like there was a leaking toilet above. Bathroom fan did not work.
Close to Golden Gate Bridge
Very loud and extremely DIRTY!!!!!!
Rooms are tiny, noisy, moldy, loud, dirty and the air conditioning worked intermittently. No washcloths were provided.
