Closeness to the border line.
Found 3 tiny to roaches in the room, two in bathroom and one in the sink area. We were missing a tv control I went to the front desk and gave me one that was all taped up to hold batteries.
Towels looks dirty. And no clean very well the room (bathroom&sink)
Insects in bathroom. Door in bathroom was broken.
The bed and the AC
Very Noisy people.bed linens was teared apart and stinky..very low quality..

Nice quick stay, the facility was nice and clean and the staff was competent and easy to please the client. The value for the money was strong, plain and simple but very nice and well located in town. I will return,
There was, at least, a pool, and the rooms were kept pretty clean.
The hotel room lacked very basic amenities, such as a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee pot. There also weren't hair dryers, and the internet didn't work for my room.
Location is near border. Serves bare basic needs. Not basic needs.
The over night staff was extremely unhelpful n rude. My room key never worked everytime I came back. Tv didn't work. Phone is dead. Dirty bed. Ugly room. Don't stay here unless you have too.
Room was hot, turn air contioning on and it was so loud that u did not hear the tv, had to turn air conditioning off just to make a phone call because it was so loud. No wifi in the room, had to pay cash because they did not show I had made a reservation with booking.com, the rate was cheap $50 so I guess I got what I paid for, a cheap hotel
Price and location
I already commented on my dissatisfaction with Bookin.com and the failure to communicate with Knight's Inn about my reservation. The initial unpleasant confrontation over having a room or not may have colored my overall impression. It was only my insistence and refusal to be turned away that finally resulted in communication between Bookin.com and Knights Inn, even though I had to initiate the communication. I felt the staff could have been more accommodating. As a result I was given a room that I doubt would ordinarily by rented because of it's condition.
the swimming pool
I can not think of any thing we did not like.
Rooms to small, when I had made the reservations I had asked for a king size bed, the one we got looked like a full!
I didn't know what to expect but I was very pleased with the customer service and the room was pretty nice
Location was pretty much the best part of the stay.
Television was missing both the volume buttons and remote. Replacement remote was not working properly. Sink had many burnt marks on it. When asked for another room I was told no due to no rooms available.
