Location was good and was easy to find.
We booked a non smoking room. We had to check in very late due to wedding we were at but room reeked of smoke bad. Was to tired to go try to complain and move rooms. Also no coffee maker in room like advertised other than those things it was a good value for the area
location was good. room was quiet
couldnt get hot water working in tub. sink wouldnt drain just seemed like the facility is rundown and in need of upgrades. wifi was terrible signal in our room
Little traffic noise. Great cafe across the street. Prompt check-in service.
No smoking room that had been heavily smoked in. Ants all over the bathroom. Poor value for the price compared to other local facilities.
Nothing. It just kept us from having to spend the night in the car.
We were fearful to even go to sleep. The place was filthy...the carpet had a very large stain that looked like a blood stain. We wondered if someone had been killed in the room. Stuff was falling off the wall, the door didn't lock as securely as we expected. Then we were charged a huge price to stay there. What a rip off! The manager should refund at least half of the money that I paid.
Close to my work sit.
You will be staying right behind a grocery outlet, and about three to five in the morning you will start to hear Simi trucks running while slamming are going on. All got to do with loading or off loading for the store in front of the motel. So be a heavy sleeper or find another place.
Dirty, old, run down etc
I had shampoo.
I was woken at midnight with drunk people banging on my door and the manager wad rude when I called. I was also over charged for the quality of room. Noisy bed until 3 am from the room next door.
The bath was fixures were corroded. The curtains were torn and frayed. The Carpet was old and worn. Just bad all over and poorly lit outside to see the room number. The breakfast was sub par for breakfast that are set out.
Good friendly management.
Price. We stayed over Monterey Car Week and all of the hotels in Monterey quadrupled their prices. So we went to Watsonville to get a fair deal.
It is a standard low budget motel that could use a lot of upgrading. The bed was comfortable and parking was available in front of our room. Otherwise it was fairly unmemorable.
The guy at the counter was pleasant and helpful. Danish and coffee breakfast.
The place was old worn out, had ants in the bed and reeked of cigarettes so bad that when i woke up in the morning, i coughed and it tasted like cigarettes, and i DON'T smoke. Picked up the remote to turn on the t.v. and it literally fell into three pieces in my hand.
that it was available, that the price was decent (about 75.00).
overall trailerpark feel, old, tired, the bed was tired, the blankets were tired, the shower had a faucet I actually had to hold while showering. This, in my opinion, was a 35.00 hotel, not 75 or whatever prime rate is...75 was the discounted rate!! I would not stay there again IF i needed to.
This is a filthy, creepy, terribly run down property.
Good price and a convenient location
The bed was not that comfortable and the room felt cramped. The continental breakfast was 2 sugary cereal options, store bought pastries, milk and OJ, available in the hotel lobby with no place to sit. Not very nutritious or filling. Shouldn't be advertised as having a free breakfast if this is what is being offered.
dirty carpet. ants ate my pizza
It was only 70 bucks for a king sized single room, and had great AC and movie channels on the television.
There were long lines of black ants on the bathroom floor, at an early 11oclock at night the room next to us was loudly rocking the wall apart, and there customary breakfast consisted of only juice and frootloops.
Economy inn was a great place for the price. The room was lathe just had a few maintenance issues. All in all it was a great value.
Next to a grocery outlet and an excellent diner.
Location was close to Breaker Cup Fields. Extra towels were provided quickly.
Air conditioner is very loud. Continental breakfast was not ready until 7:30. A pile of Cigerette ashes were found on the chairs of the room. Room stunk like smoke. I had to buy a bottle of Fabreeze.
There is nothing good about this motel.
The room was extremely dirty. There were stains all over all the furniture in the room. The bathroom door didnt shut because the doorknob was broken. There was a dirty tissue in the peephole of the door. The sheets were dirty my husband got hives from sleeping on them and the managers of the motel wouldnt even change our rooms they told us they were full but the vacancy light was still on on the motels sign. And there wernt even very many cars in the parking lot so im pretty sure they were lieing. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room they gave us smelt like a smoking room. We booked a king size bed but the bed looked like a twin size. This motel is horrible its the worst. Id rather sleep I my car then sleep here.
I did not like the price or the quality of the room. I was told I had to put in a smoking room because all the others were booked. When I told the manager that my kids had asthma and I would take a room with one bed he just looked at me and said take it or leave it. It was late so I took it. He did however give us to room deorderizing spray which nothing. I was sick the entire night. I had to leave the fan which blew very little on all night and had to leave the door open most of the night, because the window was nailed shut. This was only the beginning. The toilet seat and bathtubs had permanent dirt stain on them. Everything was covered in dust and cobwebs. We did have two Tvs in the room. I guess they refused to take the broken one out. It was just taking up space. This was the worst deal ever.
