The bed was comfortable enough and the room in decent repair. The tv worked and we had sufficient hot water. No one made too much noise at night. Probably because there were not many rooms rented. The ranting vagrant in the front lobby carrying a large rake did not harm us in spite of their being no one at the desk to deal with him. Not sure how he even got in there!
They seemed woefully understaffed. We had been provided ONE towel and washcloth and hand towel for the three adults registered. When we asked for two more sets, we were handed two towels and two hand towels, which had to be used as wash clothes. And were told they had to wait for laundry to finish. NO spares?! The only overworked maid never freshened our room, only replaced soiled towels late in the afternoon. The hall was in dire need of vacuuming. Their "breakfast" consisted of bad coffee and VERY OLD donuts. We often could not find anyone manning the front desk. At one point in the early morning, my husband needed something from the car and found the front door totally locked, making it impossible for him to go out. Again, no one at the desk. What if there had been a fire? No, we can NOT recommend this location to anyone, unless they are happy with third world conditions. If it ever was a good motel, things have declined badly.
the welcome approach by the staff. we may see our room before deciding to stay with them. and we can reach them any time, because they stay in the entrance room. our room was clean. i feel safe staying at that hotel.
the breakfast was nearly finished when we enter the breakfast room, maybe it was already nine oclock in the morning.
location close to freeway.
There was mold on bathroom ceiling. You could actually see the mold. Awful. Bathroom floor tile loose. It moved when one walked on it.
Eventhough I was in a non smoking area, the bed, sheets, and pillows had a heavy smoke smell!!
Everything was dirty - carpet, walls, doors, even the curtains were dirty!! Front desk guy was very rude!!!
The people were friendly.
The room had a box spring that was so stained on the sides that it looked like some was killed and the blood ran down the side. Bathroom floor tile looked like it had been flooded not properly repaired. No tissue in box. Light over sink. Bath fan loud. Bad paint. I didn't even shower in the place it felt like I would get dirtier. Breakfast was toast and or a doughnut. Sugar and creamer were is Styrofoam cups. Napkins were torn Paper towels. Worst place I have ever stayed.
Close to the freeway
Dirty carpet and chairs Non smoking but could smell smoke coming in from fan in bathroom. Sink and tub dirty. Shower curtain had mold on it. Carpet wasn't vacuumed and stained. TV didn't work. I felt like I was in a third world country.
I liked that it was cheap, but I got what I paid for. There was makeup and blood on one of the towels, trash in the dresser drawers, and hard candies in various phases of being eaten. I still slept really well though, but if I had kids I definitely would not take them there.
The people who we're staying there all looked like they just got out of jail. The guy running the place was nice though
I liked that it was $38.00 per night.
That I only paid $38.00 I don't even know what I was thinking, purchasing a night there on the way from the gorge after a great concert. If I was alone without my wife, that would have been one thing. We brought our own sheets and kept our clothes on as we laid on the top of the bed to sleep. But then again, I paid $38.00. Lesson learned. No offense to the Inn. The accommodations were equal with the purchase.
I booked online, and when I arrived, I was told they didn't have what I booked and had to pay an extra $30 for a room because it had 2 beds, and my wife and I only need one bed for about 4 hours so I could get some sleep without crashing our car. Why book rooms online if they don't have them available? Oh and I don't think they own a vacuum
Close to highway and restaurants.
I was dirty, smelt like smoke, run down. I had trash in my rom and bed not made. Air unit almost fell out of wall, windows not secured, and fridge was full of frosted ice. Can go on but won't.
Everything. This place was dirty and we left early in the morning to get out. We didn't dare to eat the free breakfast.
The older gentlemen who seemed to run the place was nice.
The halls were very full of smoke smell. The pool was out of order. The refrigerator in one of the rooms did not work. We had 4 people in each room and we had made reservations a head of time (serveral weeks prior) and only 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. The room was not clean. Dirt built up around the corners, things under bed from prior guests,. water bottle, wrappers, etc. The over all facility was in run down shape. I was under the understanding there was a continental breakfast and there was only coffee. We probably would not of eaten anyway due to the lack of cleanliness anyways. The lobby area is not clean and very crowded with furniture. Would not recommend or repeat a stay there in the future.
The staff was really friendly.
It wasn't very clean, or well kept, but you get what you pay for. I've never heard of a hotel that only cost $45 a night.
Clean simple rooms. Pretty quiet also. Very cheap which was great since about all we did was sleep and shower there.
Breakfast left a little to be desired. Not somewhere I would want to stay for an extended period inside the room, but was perfect for our needs on this trip.
Good location right off the highway, nice breakfast recommended by staff at Mel's diner the next day. Room was great value for the money, no rooms available in Ellensburg during Rodeo, this was fine and saved me $$$! Staff very nice and helpful.
Hallway carpets rumpled and in need of replacement. Room was OK, not a problem.
They didn't clean room or make beds.there so called breakfast was donuts and coffee.pool not working.bathroom tiles broken and dirty.
They didn't have water!!!
Nothing really I guess it was cheap.
Everything. Not sure where to start. The front desk person couldn't speak very good English and was rude. The room smelled like smoke and the facilities have probably never been renovated from the time it was built in the 1970's. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and a huge spot of black mild on the ceiling.
Couldn't connect to Wi Fi the included breakfast was not available as it was stated. They need to fix the big lumps in the carpeting. The bed was uncomfortable and it all smelled funny.
The pictures on the website are deceiving. Sheets were stained with makeup and black marks, microwave and refrigerator did not work, hair in the bathtub because it was not cleaned properly. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. When it was time to check in, couldn't even find someone at the counter to check in. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 A.M., but at 6:15, it was still dark in the kitchen area. Overall, very unclean, unsafe motel.
Old Hotel that is in need of renewing.
The look of the building
everything the ice machine was broken the air conditioner kept going out if I could get my money back I would hands down.
There was a man that worked there, that was very courtious, he helped us with our bags. He was not the manager.
First of all I requested extra pillows when I reserved on line, and I had to ask again when we got there. The Mgr went to another room and got 1 pillow. I ask him for one more because the pillows are very flat. Then we ask for an extra blanket and he told us that if there's more than 2 people in that room, then he's gonna charge us. The bed I was in had springs in my back, and the bed was lumpy. They say they have continental breakfast, but we never saw any sign of it. At 2am the manager (east Indian guy) was outside our window talking very loud for a good 20 mins. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was mildewed, and there was 1 personal (mini) size soap, and 2 small towls. The chair that was at the table was filthy, we didn't dare sit on it. And the refrigerator had a left missing, when I tried to open it, the whole thing tipped forward. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel.
the location was close to the centre of town car parking great staff very friendly would we stay there again .... yes we will in fact we will be there next june so keep 107 available
there was nothing to dislike
