The staff was wonderful. They were so warm and welcoming as opposed to a big chain hotel. Room was charming and the bed very comfortable. Such attention to detail and the enjoyment of our stay. I would definitley recommend it to anyone and we plan on staying there again.

It was my first time in Key West and Eden House was just a perfect place to stay. Hotel staff was just great and very helpful, great ambiance at the hotel made my one week of holidays just perfect. Once I will come back to Key West I will certenly come back to Eden House. A lot of sence of humor with eco design make this place a real eden! Be aware of flying monkeys at help desk.:-) Special thanks to Richard. See you soon!

The staff were friendly & helpful. The location to the pier where the Yankee Freedom leaves from was great. It was "quaint". I am a solo traveller, I thought it was over priced. You were paying for the "ambiance' The tv was in a walk through area which made it inconvienient to watch. I thought the room was small & I didn't like the configuration of the shower & toilet. It is obviously an old building & the additions made an originally large room small. It was a reasonable walk to the centre of town.. It is fine for romantic accommodation but for me it did not suit.

Very clean facility. No tv, microwave, fridge,or phone in room. Was a surprise and an inconvenience to not have food late in the day. Could have upgraded but did not realize this a booking time.

Good for groups. Pool area was too crowded. No chairs available for the first two days of our three day stay. Staff seemed to direct people only to restaurants and services where they got kickbacks.

We travelled to Key West by the Key West Express out of Fort Myers. Once we got off the ferry we found the hotel very easily & immediatley the staff were very welcoming & helpful. The room was just what we wanted & was very clean. The room over looked a very nice pool area which was to become very nice after an afternoons walking around Key West. The hotel was well located for the sights with no where being too far away. Being able to use the facilities until our ferry was due to leave the following afternoon was also very welcome. A very nice trip.

Small historic hotel feel. Public areas like pool, lobby Room 11 was a bit spartan. Complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated

The beauty of the facility. The bed was about 2 feet from the door, and the foot of the bed was about 1 foot from the wall. No tv, radio, or phone. It took forever for the shower water to get warm. Eden House should be embarrassed by the room.

Very nicely secluded for an "intown" key west experience. Lush landscaping, quaint swings on individual porches, just all around relaxing. Insufficient parking for paying customers. Recommend the block off a few spaces, with the cities permission to have enough parking for your paying customers. Although we attended fantasy fest, which is very busy, we counted on being able to park where we stayed. We ended up parking 8 blocks away which was not convenient. Or, plan on arriving early if you wanna park there.

The ambience at Eden House is relaxed, casual and very tropical. The architecture and the plantings reflect that of the beautiful town. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The location in the middle of Old Town is convenient yet quiet, and with the use of their bikes, you can explore it all. This is a hotel that retains the character of Key West.

We loved the eden house and would definitely return there the grounds are beautiful and the pool is great. You seem have a pleasant clientele every time we've stayed there and you definitely have good array of rooms. Would also like to thank Stephanie a worker who couldnt be nicer and very accomodating. As was the rest of the staff. The only thing we didnt like was that we didnt have a T.V. in our room or a clock. But when we told the desk they were more then happy to try and accomodate us in other ways. The only other thing I can say is we also did not have a fridge. But we managed. And as I said we would definitely and will be going back in 2012 and bringing several other friendss. Thanx eden house

What a wonderful and relaxing home away from home. The staff couldn't be nicer as they greet you with a cold beer or soda and guide you with anything you are interested in doing during your stay. It is a true Garden of Eden with the palm trees and flowers everywhere as you rock on your private cushioned swing on your deck or rest in a hamock. We rented bikes directly from the hotel for 3 days and there is no reason for a cab. Everything is within bike or walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Every afternoon there was a free cocktail hour for the guests which the owner frequently attends and tells stories of how he started the hotel and who is in Key West. It leant itself to meeting so many other guests from around the world and we made so many friends and all this in just a 4 night stay. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was very basic and old. No tv in our room and no space for one anyway. My advise would be to stay only for a couple of days And do not have a meal at the azur next door, as it is a rip off. Rooms too small and also the bathroom was tiny. No modern facilities in the hotel. Not enough car parking.

Eden House was quaint, quiet, and very welcoming. The owner and staff excellent. They offer a free happy hour and coffee and tea in the lobby area. The rooms were very small but clean, which the grounds of the hotel made up for, because the pool, deck and hot tub area is very nice. Lots of different sitting areas, lounging and or hammock spots are available. The location was fantastic. A top notch restaurant next door, an awesome bakery 1 block away, and a short walk from the historic boardwalk. Duval street was about 6 blocks away, but within walking distance too. This hotel was excellent and I would recommend it providing you are able to walk alot, because parking is not always readily available around Key West. room was very small, next time I'd get a bigger room

Very friendly and completely relaxed atmosphere. Some of the rooms (including our own) are right beside the pool. Some talking goes on until around 22:00, but after that it is completely quiet.
