If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

All further children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
No deposit will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.

Everything! We really had a great time! Mike (he worked until 8am) was so very good to us! He even brought us clean, warm towels while we were in the hot tub one morning! He always had fresh coffee every morning, except for 2 days someone else was working and wasn't very friendly and didn't have coffee ready, that was our only complaint at all! Witch isn't really a complaint, just thought you would want to know. We loved meeting Mike the owner also, we really thought that was amazing! Nothing what so ever! |

A fantastic and very special hotel with some wonderful and very clever touches. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. It was fabulously relaxing and comfortable, with a great ambiance - we really felt at home here. Also the pool area and garden were excellent. |

It felt like home away from home, gorgeous property, very personal, lots of small touches that make a big difference. Loved the complementary bar from 4-5pm every day, hammocks and swing seats everywhere, library area, the pool never closing........the room we stayed in was basic, a little small but comfortable, they have an allsortment of rooms ( we choose the basic one) No, loved it all. |

extremely friendly hotel staff; warm atmosphere; nice building with lots of plants and trees; serving free drinks during siesta time; 10min on foot to Duval street 1) Our room was facing the swimming pool and a fountain with a small waterfall which was extremely noisy 24/7. Moreover, at 10 am hotel stuff at the reception switched the music on which was supposed to be heard everywhere in the hotel as well as in our room. This was rather uncomfortable to listen to the waterfall noise all night accompanied by loud music starting from 10 a.m. 2) Being located on the ground floor, our room had the only window facing the path from all rooms to the swimming pool. Therefore we had to keep the curtains shut all the time and use electric lightning instead of day one which is pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise we had hotel guests walking all around next to our window! |

The staff was very cordial. The property and our room was neat and clean. Beautiful landscaping in the pool and hot tub area with hammocks in shaded areas. The Azure Resturant was an unexpected dinning treat. All the hotel staff we delt with went out of their way to make our stay memoriable. |

The Eden house is a nice property, nicely kept. Did not like the staff, this is my 2nd time staying there, I must say, last time the staff was much nicer, and informative. This time the girl just took us to our room and that;s it, no frills, no warm fuzzy welcoming feeling,,,she did not even mention that they have a complimentary happy hour, I knew because I had stayed there before. Kinda rude staff. Poor parking! |

Great hotel, not too far from the beach (during day) by car maybe 5-10 min, at night just 4 blocks from Duval Str....., nice pool,free coffee all day long, happy hour from 4p.m to 5p.m at the pool, cheap prices at the hotel for drinks, and most important nice and clean rooms and more than friendly staff.....few parking places at the hotel otherwise outside on the street, but thats not a problem |

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel in een resort waar we jammer genoeg slechts twee nachten verbleven. Perfecte plaats om te ontspannen maar ook op wandelafstand van bezienswaardigheden op Key West. Niet altijd even goedkoop doch gratis (kleine) parking. Heel positieve ervaring! |
