눉The check-in and front desk in general was not how it should be - we did not get any information about the hotel and the services, nor an explanation on how to get to the beach, as the normal ways were blocked due to construction. We did not feel welcome during the whole check-in process performed by Nigel. Booking.com mentioned that the construction will be over in October, however, it was not, so we only had access to one small pool and the spa pool. The lobby bar was also closed. Our room was facing the sea, as mentioned on the confirmation, but also faced a huge parking lot next to the hotel, definitely not what we expected. Chairs are included at the beach, but not the umbrellas, which adds another $20 per day. All in all, the hotel would be nice but only once the renovations are fully completed, otherwise it's just not worth the price.
눇The room was very clean, also, it was big with a nice balcony, we had a suite facing the sea. Housekeeping, pool & restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Drinkes are served at the pool and beach directly which is very nice.
