Edge Water Inn  

Rooms were very spacious and very clean.

Restaurant and shops not at walking distance. Items for breakfast were of a low quality. Lack of a room for having breakfast.

The remodel. The staff. The cleanliness. The convienience to Reedley College were our event was Based,

The remodel had minor problems. Our last day there on Sunday, water started coming out of the overhead fan in the bathroom leaving a very large puddle making it difficult to use the toilet. We covered the floor in towels to soak up the water,and once the shower stopped upstairs the leaking from above stopped as well.

Location was great for me. I knew the town because I used to live and work there.

At check in the clerk could not find my reservation and demanded that I pay again or she would not give me a key. I showed her my printed copy of my credit card payment to you online, but she still demanded that I pay again. I told her to "get back there and FIND IT, that's your job!" She did. Then I folded back the bedspread carefully and found one bug crawling on the blanket. I searched the bed and only found the one bug. Raised on a farm in MO, with lots of bugs, we went to sleep, but would never go back again. Always pay less at a great motel near the airport in Fresno. Will stay there from now on. Never again at Edgewater Inn!!!!

My experience at arrival; We booked 2 rooms for a bus trip. Booked a King bed but was given a Queen bed, no Kings available. Shower not working! Hot water not turned on in the sink Rust coming out of the water pipes No where to hang your clothes! No apology or compensations were offered. Had to wait one day for them to fix the problems and still no apology! No hot water for the shower during 8:15 - 9:45AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location was great for our needs. It was very clean and fresh. Staff very nice and considerate.

The room was newly renovated and smelled intensively of wet paint. The breakfast was relatively poor.

The Edge Water Inn is an old establishment and a little weary to look at. However, it is clean, the proprietors pleasant. The breakfast, although "continental" left a little to be desired, being too sweet for Australian taste. The provision of a refrigerator was good as were the coffee facilities, but we missed having cold water provided. The car park was being refurbished while we were there so I am sure this will make a good difference. I would recommend the motel/hotel to travelers.

Good stop between Yosemite np and Sequoia np. Try local dining at uncle harry's. Nice place with local folks.

Poor breakfast.

Big room with comfy bed, clean. We visited Kings Canyon and it was not an option for us to stay in the park, as that is super expensive. This inn was a good solution.

Great for my family of four to enjoy our reunion.

The beds were so uncomfortable!! Felt like you were sleeping on a hard table. All four of the people that stayed with me said the same thing. Would not recommend to anyone unless the beds were all changed out!

I liked the overall convenience and quietness of the property. My 2yr old son enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed being able to bbq.

Didn't have Comedy Central on their tv. Also need to ask if visitors are elderly, as there are no handrails on second floor.

The price was reasonable, it looked nice, very convenient to small shopping center and restaurants, very close to place I visited, friendly and helpful desk/reception. The bed was comfortable.

I could hear the person above me taking a shower, walking around, talking, but that probably is not that unusual.

The exit to the main street (if turning left on Manning Ave.) is quite dangerous due to the high speed limit allowed on it and a blind curve on the right side. You better drive a high horsepower vehicle and be ready to punch it at the right time because there is no waiting or merging lane into traffic.

They got the room wrong they had 1 bed we needed 2 beds they fixed it but the price went up.

Traveled to Reedley with friends. Stayed for two nights. Close to Kings river and the event we attended. Decent clean room, nice pool, outdoor sitting area. In room coffee, microwave, fridge. Basic continental fare with coffee and juice in the lobby in the morning.
