Nice big room with a balcony
I guess the breakfast was a very standard motel breakfast but not too bad
The rooms have been nicely updated but the fluorescent lights at the bath vanities were not good. They should be updated as well.
The breakfast selection was marginal.
Bed-to old - sank into them Pillows to old- bed is very Very horrible -uncomfortable. For price, that place needs to be updated- looks at least 50 years ago, rug etc.
check-in was handled by extremely pleasant employee
clean rooms cleaning people very friendly
dusty art work and tops of some furniture.
They have updated the room with nice carpet, vynle in the bath and the bath fixtures are refinished.
Breakfast was marginal. I have gotten use to waffle breakfast offered at most hotels.
I liked that they allowed us to check in early
The hotel was clean, but quite run down. The pool area needed upgraded. They said a river view which could only be seen if you walked outside 20 ft. Just seemed over priced for something so run down.
The rooms were big and clean. Everything was so quiet and peaceful! There was several other guests and not once did I hear people's doors open/close or talking in the hallway like we experienced at other hotels. I appreciate being able to rest and relax since we were on our honeymoon. I love love love the river that runs behind the hotel and that you could fish right off the dock within feet from our room! We will for sure be back next year for our 1st anniversary!
I booked my room online and when I arrived I asked the young lady behind the desk, working the late shift, if we could get a discount with our AAA card. She no since you booked it online, even though they hadn't charge my credit card until I checked in. I was rather surprised even after telling her we were on our honeymoon, and we were checking in late, she wouldn't give us an extra 10 dollars off. That is my only complaint! Everything else was awesome!
Pool facilities Larger room Good price Good location
No elevator Older, dated room / feel
River view Fairly quiet room Nice staff
Lumber mill view
Location, laundry facilities, breakfast and staff was very helpful!
The motel was with-in walking distance to a large shopping center and with-in a few blocks of the main street.
When I checked in I was asked for the credit card I used to book which is standard but when I said that I would be checking out a day early I was told "you 'll have to go on line and find out since you booked it that way'.Being in the marketing business in Las Vegas I think that the hotel staff could have said let me find out how that works when you use a 3rd party and I 'll message your room as soon as I have the information. But then again in Las Vegas customer service is our 1st priority.
Quiet spot on the river, with a river path and a deck over the water to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm (indoor). Staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple continental fare, but good.
The train going by once was a minor annoyance, but didn't last long. The room was a bit too fragrant.
The rooms should be cleaner. The continental breakfast was poor. Out of coffee often and not enough choices. The front desk clerk wasn't friendly at all during check in & seemed irritated. Too bad!
Old and not kept up the shower rod covered in rust door rotting away this quality of place should be half the price paid
Room is quite spacious, comfortable and clean.
Would not hurt to have a hot breakfast for the money.
Comfortable beds, spacious room. Security post on slider. Close to Safeway and Fred Meyer's.
Older structure, could use a bit of freshening up
Good Price Clean
The bed was noth special
room was large, clean, comfortable and nice shower, had HOT water and great shower head.
no elavator, long walk to room with heavy bags.
Nothing! If we had gotten there earlier, I would have fought for a refund and left! Sad ending to our vacation.
Hotel is run down; room was dirty; only beds changed ( I hope!) and basic cleaning done; holes in the walls, hot tub looked 60 years old and water was barely lukewarm; beds sagged; old linens, beat up refrig; one of the worst continental breakfasts we have ever experienced! The reviews HAVE to be cooked on this one! We have stayed at Motel 6's and Super 8's for half the cost and twice the value!
