Quiet at nite, friendly staff and close to our grandkids!
The bed sags to the middle - seems to sleep ok.
the bed, no microwave, or coffee in room. Decor was very dated.
Nice, friendly staff.
The website offers the option to pay by cash, but they don't actually do. They will charge the card that you use to reserve the room.
price was higher than on my booking.com reservation& they charged me a $2 booking fee
Very helpful. Brought more pillows and a blow dryer when ours broke
A little run down but definitely best choice in the area
Enjoyed our stay
everything was awesome
nothing to complain about
Location of room on the bottom floor Showers were clean and well-maintained facilities overall were good`
I would've liked a bit more space in the room-it was a bit cramped. The towels were a bit small for my adult -sized body. I also would've appreciated an OR discount on the taxes for the room.
Location, room, quietness, privacy.
No bed stand light and partially broken conditioner control.
Needs a bedside reading lamp.
A solid 2-star motel, clean & comfortable. Don't expect perfection, but with room prices two times higher 10 miles in either direction, it is a good spot to stay when you are too tired to push on to Spokane.
knowing where it was located
that it was still six miles from my actual destination. but it worked out.
Smell. Tub. Just seemed to be dirty.
TV didn't work, and I was told that a staff would come to our room to fix it, they never did. The next morning when I told a different staff member, she didn't seem to believe me, I had to really explain myself, there was no apology or any such gesture. Phone didn't work either. Wi-Fi was slow. Smelled like smoke. Won't stay again.
Tamara the at the front desk has no customer service skills what so ever. I was calling the front desk for over an hour with no answer. I finally walk to the office to ask why the TV in the room wasn't working. As soon as I walked in she said "You will have to wait or go back to the room till I am ready. I said "A simple hi how are you?How can I help you would be nice. She replied I with this guy right now and don't have time. I then said I just have a question. She ignored me! So I said "I don't know what you're problem is but I paid a pretty penny to stay here and need help. I then asked for the owner's name and number and she said NO...
I could park my tractor trailer and feel comfortable. The staff was very nice. The comfort of a small hotel.
We especially enjoyed the restaurant across the street. Actually had breakfast at 10 o'clock at nite after a long day in Seattle area. And coffee and a muffin was all we needed the morning we left to return to Spokane. Will definitely recommend it to our friends.
Clean and comfortable everything worked
A bit noisy nearby truck route. No recent renovations although original equipment looks to be 1980's. no business computer available for guests. A bit overpriced.
Location and general upkeep
Wifi signal was very poor in room. I could not connect to Internet. Room did not have any coffee or tea making facility. The bathroom supplies did not have any moisturizer.
location, very friendly staff
hallways smelt like smoke
When "where you are going" or "what you are doing" is more important to you than "where you sleep", this is a great option. It is adequate. I stay here because the price & location are SO GREAT and don't even compare to anyplace else. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT. Concerned, professional, friendly, and competent.
I don't like comforters that have cigarette holes in them and that don't appear to be washed very often. The place does not feel super clean. Don't get me wrong, it's not gross. I exercise in my room and I couldn't decide which was worse, doing sit-ups on the floor or on the comforter.
I liked the free coffee and muffins in the morning.
The entire place smelt very bad. They say that they do not allow pets; however several dogs where barking. I think they have some guests that permanently live in the rooms. Every morning I woke up to sneezing (severe allergic reaction). The one thing that really mad me angry was their Wifi.... The Internet was horrible. Very slow (like dail up). I could rarely even connect to it!
The location was great for what we needed and the price was just right.
No microwave or coffee maker in the room
