The smell and the shower
No wi fi
Front desk staff is friedley
Cheap, easy enough to find (although there are actually 5 Motel 6s in Albuquerque...), close enough to food outlets.
Seemed to be a lot of vehicles cruising through the car park at night - worried for my motorcycle parked outside so ended up putting it in my room... safe enough then.
Smallest queen I have ever seen, bugs, broken chair & shower head, WiFi didn't work..due to out of reach. Couldn't sleep due to bed being uncomfortable! I guess for the cheap price, you can't expect much. But $15 more dollars in Boise I get a super comfortable nice room with kitchenette & a normal queen size bed that was very comfortable to sleep on.
The a.c not cool enough the channels and the small tv
The room was recently updated and clean. It was perfectly located to the interstate and places to eat and shop. The price was right.
I booked a Queen smoking room and was placed in a full non smoking room and told that there were no other rooms available, (there were plenty of other hotels I could have chosen from to get the room I wanted I booked this one based on a queen smoking room) there was construction going on in other areas of the motel that started before 7am. The young lady at the desk was on her cell phone the whole time I was signing in and out and it seemed like I was annoying her by being there.
Poor quality bed, maids disturbed every day of multiple night stay, staff's English was hard to understand
WIFI didn't have enough signal.
The price was very affordable.
Couldn't get wi fi . The room furniture and linen were very worn.
Double rooms had full size beds, hardly big enough or comfortable enough for two adults per bed. Wifi wasnt available, rooms were super small. Restrooms smelled like a wet dog. Towels were stained. I have stayed at various motel 6's and this is by far the worst.
The wifi was down which caused some problems and bath room was not clean. Hair in the shower including on walls and dingy bath towels. One of the electric outlets did not work, by television and microwave.
front desk was very friendly
beds were never made while we stayed it smelled like they were smoking in the room while they cleaned the restroom
Staff was nice.
Very blah not even bottle of shampoo. Didn't even come to clean room. TV shut off every hour. Small and sparse.
The staff was nice liked the t.v. and rooms looked clean
Woke up to use the bathroom and floor was coved with roaches and other bugs....tiny little bugs. Couldn't sleep after that.
The bed was comfortable. The black-out curtain was really nice to have. We were able to get a full night sleep.
I booked a non-smoking room, but our room had been smoked in. The bathtub was stained and dirty. There was only one bath towel and a used hand towel. The tv didn't work. You could put your fingers under the door and touch the sidewalk. There was a cold draft that came in under the door. Overall, it was not a great experience and will never stay there again. And we will think twice before considering any Motel 6. Yuk!!!
Dirty floors and old towels
Price! Clean! Staff!
Loud banging noise outside of our room all night kept us up all night. Very loud noise!
This was much cleaner than the other Motel 6 I stayed in in Albuquerque, I liked that the room looked like it had recently been re-done and was in good shape
It's a budget option, it was perfect for what it was meant to be
Front desk nice room clean
Manager beats down door at 8 am for checkout. When checkout is at 11. And will try to get in room if u don't answer. / call room repeatedly.
Close to the interstate
Unfriendly staff missing items from room no refrigerator no microwave in room drug hotel lots of signs of drug use in the rooms
It took 15 minutes to get anyone to come to the front desk & it was only 4:30 pm. The room was not very clean, The bathroom floor had hair on it. It was as a mop was not clean so it just pushed the hair around. Bedspreads were stained and had burned hole in one. This was room 155
The cleaning lady was the only friendly person we met. She was helpful and welcome.
The front desk staff could not find our reservation. They did not take responsibility for the mix up and tried to justify themselves instead of simply stateing that there was an error and apologising for the inconvienience. Almost every time we left the rooms the keys would not work and we would have to go to the front desk to get new cards. The beds were very flimsy with old matteresses.
