Hotel was VERY OLD & IN DESPERATE NEED OF REMODELING.
Quiet & was undisturbed when doing paper work at desk. And while sleeping...
Wish I could of gotten more tv channels, that the guide was showing for another channels that was avaible for other's but not for travelodge!
cosy, clean, friendly staff, great value for money, new TV, overall very comfortable stay!
bed was a little hard for my liking.
Breakfast (hardboiled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juices, bananas) Quiet
Could hear the neighbour's shower in the morning (we thought the toilet was running)
The location was perfect for us. It was easy to find and close to shops we were shopping.
The bed looked small, but it was comfortable and we slept well. The bathtub plug was broken, so during the shower we had to keep moving it so it would let the water out. No big thing.
The first room we were given, the heater knob was broken. When we asked them to fix it they were hesitant, we asked for a different room and they said the computers were down and they couldn't even check.. When we finally got a new room, the cable box was broken. We had to get them to change it out. The next day the power went out and we had to leave to warm up. And then no discount for any of these inconvenience's we had. We usually stay here when we have a getaway. But I think we need to find another place to start staying at.
The waffles were good.
I was travelling with my mother who is a senior citizen and who has extreme difficulty to walk. When I made my reservation with Booking.com I put that we needed a room on the ground level due to my mother's difficulty. When we checked in, they said that they never 'received' any message from Booking.com and that they didn't have a room on the ground level. So they gave us a room on the 2nd floor near the stairs. It was extremely difficult for my mother to go up and down the stairs but we had no choice. Also, since we were right beside the stairs we ended up hearing everything people said when passing by. On a weekend, it was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. I just found it very strange that a big hotel chain like Travelodge does not 'receive' messages from Booking.com
Comfortable bed, no noise
pillows were a little uncomfortable for me but then again I am a very fussy pillow person
Breakfast area needs a makeover
After realizing the was a room available with a hot tub, we were able to change rooms with very little up grade costs. Wow, that made our stay so nice.
On our second night, there was some really loud young people walking around and making a lot of noise. There 'vibs' were dark in nature.
It was convenient to local amenities. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. When I raised a concern it was addressed promptly. Hotel offered a sufficient continental breakfast.
You had to ask for iron @ front desk. The room wasn't tidied the first night of our stay although cleaning staff advised room was now empty.
It is easy to find. They have jacuzzi rooms.
Front desk offered to call when a room was open but never did. Complaining to management that the front desk wanted $30 extra for a free service resulted in the front desk woman accusing us of leaving black paint stains on the floor, sink, and a towel and threatening to bill my credit card. The room had pre exsisting micro stains in the sink but nothing anywhere else. She said the maids complained of this on day one but never told her until after the front desk inspected the room on our checkout on day 2 and told us we were fine. Pure retaliatory lies.
It was very clean! I even ask for a room on the ground floor because I was in Seattle for an injured knee and the staff gve me one right away! It was quiet and the breakfast in the morning was very good! Nice & pleasant staff. I will stay here when I am in Seattle!
Can't think of anything I did not like.
Good value, a little worn around he edges.
Very pleasant, helpful staff. Didn't have room we wanted on ground floor so gave us better room for same price. Very much appreciated since my husband walks with a walker.
Could use more parking spaces.
Clean, nice staff, good quality!
Queen bed needs more than 3 (children sized) small pillows.
Being put in a room under the stair well.Comfort
Location and rate
smell of smoke in no smoking room
on the shower mat. Made me wonder about the rest of the place ... little critters I couldn't see?
nothing memorable at all. It worked. It was very clean
20 minutes to check in with 1 person ahead of me. They felt bad and gave me a discount. Some people live there and we had drunk people next door waking us up at 1am 2am and 3am. 2nd night was fine so it wasn't really the motels fault. Seconds to highway 5 and it on 99 so location is really good.
Nice breakfast. Bed was comfortable. A bit noisy outside, but that is difficult to help.
There was no door to the dressing area in front of the glass door shower.
It is a good location walking distance from restaurants, 7-11, Safeway Grocery, Dollar Tree, Massage. The staff was good.
non smoking room smelled of smoke...old carpet was wearing and with cleaning/replacement of carpet and drapes the smell would leave.
It had a decent breakfast.
Exterior didn't look that good. A little run down.
I got charged for a room I never stayed in even though they did not have the room I booked a available
