The view towards the water was beautiful, the location was perfect for our needs, the staff was over-the-top helpful and the room was large and quiet and adequately clean. There was a very secure access to the rooms and a security guard in the expansive lobby.
The carpet was worn and outdated, there was not close access to a beach, although the pool was large and beautiful, the multiple layers of paint on room surfaces gave a less than clean appearance and added to the older appearance (minor detail overall).
is very poor, electric plate does not work.
In need of major upgrades. It probably won't be a hotel for long. The other towers of the four are now condos, hopefully all refurbished. Amenities like a condo but without the basics like coffee etc. . Was probably a classy place in its day. But not now.
Hotel is far to central of Palm Beach.it is out of the Central.
Clean. Staff very friendly and perfect location. 5 minutes from Bayside market!!!
Ideal location for seeing Miami and great public access. Hotel is ideal for a family or 2 couple.
The check in staff appears not knowledgeable of access to the city. Check out was much more customer orientated based on decision of the public transportation.
location and value for money
very run down
The rooms were huge! Had I known before hand I could have easily put all five of us in a two bedroom suite and saved $130 or so. Having rented the last two rooms available for that night, I was pleasantly surprised with the size, basic comforts, and VIEW from our windows! The view of the water and large buildings were very welcome to see. I had to contact the hotel a few times before the trip and Veronica was extremely helpful and quick in sending out emails to all our questions. We greatly appreciated the ability to store our luggage on site so we could look around Miami a few hours before our cruise departed. All the staff very friendly/ helpful.
No free/ no cost open mini bar.
Terrible! Dont stay on this property!
The staff at front desk didn't understand English very well. They also were not very responsive when we reported broken hand rail in bathroom and bedroom lights that didn't work- said they would send someone to look at it but they never materialised.
spacious room, location
vallet parking guys, they used my car for driving somewhere during night time
large room, very helpful staff, excellent wi-fi, good location, nice pool
window frames not really airtight
The location is convenient, room is big and beds are comfortable. The rooms facing the ocean are quiet.
The dishware is dirty, even has sticky cheese on it. The hair dryer is stored in the drawer and has rust on the plug, and the rooms facing the street are too noisy.
pools spacious room helpful staff restaurants sushi chinese
difficult to get a cab to port
Location to the cruise port and the free people mover that allows you to travel around the downtown Miami area for free.Common areas very nice.
Stayed twice at the Four Ambassadors, room on the first night was not up to par. Badly needs to be renovated. Second night stay, room was terrific, comfortable and homey. I think that it is just luck what kind of room you get.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Unit was spacious & clean.
Unit needed updating.
Excellent location, comfortable appartments. We´ve stayed there 10 years ago, and we´ve spent a wonderful time then! That´s the reason we choose again The 4 ambassadors. Thank you.
Price!! too high!!! Run down. Lobby stores very nasty.
It is very well located and parking is available for $15.00/day! The apartment we stayed was huge with big windows facing the lake and city! Very nice view and very comfortable! There is no brekfast included but a nice kitchen! The safety box was not working and the services were not 24 h / day. So we couldnt use the safety! Overall it was a very nice and recommended experience!
It was near the port so we didn't have to spend too much on cabs.
The staff was extremely rude. I couldn't really understand their accents so I kept having to ask if they could repeat themselves but I don't know if they thought I was mocking them or something, but they weren't happy about it so they started to get really smug with me. We had one extra person with us and there's a fee for an extra $100 apparently which I think is a bit excessive cuz for $370 I could've gotten a much nicer room with more space else where. The rooms literally looked like cheap motel rooms with old Golden Girls flower bed comforters. There were two bathrooms but one of the showers didn't even work so there was really no point. Also, the free Wifi only applies to the lobby.
The fact that my husband, who is a smoker, could have his smoke overlooking the Biscayne Bay, only pluspoint.
The room/kitchenette was bare, dirty, outdated. Lampshade at bed was broken, the kitchen utensils, the four cups and what else in fours was sticky and dirty, the kettle (you have to boil it on the stove top) was dirty and the kitchen smelled of cockroaches. When I mentioned this the lady said they do fumegating all the time! Well, it was a waste of money and if I knew better could have had luxurious accommodation for my $371 for the 2 nights!
The location, spacious room and view are great. also the atmosphere of the building, somewhat nostalgic.
kitchen facilities are quite poor
views,size of the room,facilities,security,location
wifi did not work properly valet parking too expensive washing machine with card too complicated and only one washing machine per floor
huge, amazing view
