luxurious hideaway the location was a bit detached- which can be both good and bad; the pool opens at 10am- not the best for business travelers who get up early.

Amazing hotel and comfy bed. Poolside was awesome and we celebrated our anniversary. Trolley was broken and not many retail shops open yet.

Location and newness We arrived at 1:30 P.M. We had a suite reserved. Front desk said 30 minutes. We had lunch at the hotel. 45 minutes later the suite was still not ready. We left and went shopping. We arrived back at the hotel at 3:15 P.M. The suite was still not ready. Despite repeated promises by managers and staff, we did not get into our suite until 4:15 P.M. So, the entire afternoon was wasted waiting on the housekeeping staff or the inefficient allocation of staff. And when we were given a suite, it was a junior sweet and not what Bookit advertised and the glasses in the suite were dusty indicating the room had not been rented for several days.
