Front desk person was very warm and friendly. You get a good night sleep because it's tucked away. The bed was comfortable. Has microwave and fridge in room. Spacious room with a great bathroom staging area. Very clean and very well maintained. Newer flat screen tv. Good layout for parking. Overall a great place to stay.

I didn't like the price but I'm kinda cheap and it turns out it was pretty much worth it. The shower area was kinda small but up to date and well maintained.

Nice, clean, quiet room. Location was convenient for downtown, if a little way out. Good shower and TV for chilling out.

Fridge in room was a noisy at times. No air-con (fan was provided however, which cooled the room down quickly).

I loved how it was down the road from the ocean, and the Bay Aquarium. It was very nice and comfortable to stay.

The room was spacious and bright, the property is in a quiet area and was only a 15 min walk to Fishermans wharf. Aasy access by car and is on a main bus route, very friendly and helpful staff.

Very helpful and friendly owners went the extra mile for me! Also excellent value for money, and safe, quiet location.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located between Monterrey and Carmel. There is a mall and grocery store right down the road. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The facilities were a little outdated and there weren't any amenities located on the premises.

As a light smoker I awlays appreciate a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a smoke + if that area doubles as a place to casually meet with a client, even better.

a few more chairs in the outside sitting area would have been better...

Very comfortable, nice and clean. Located a little bit far from city center, but within a walking distance, so it was not a problem.

As usual for USA, the walls are thin and windows are simple, so was somehow noisy, but acceptable.

Clean motel in good location. 10 mins walk to shopping centre. 10 mins to sea front and about 25 mins to aquarium, so we could leave the car parked up at the motel.

it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. the rooms were nice - good price/value. i went with the kids across the street to play in the nearby park, a perfect way to get them to let off some steam before going to the acquarium.

The room was clean and relatively inexpensive.

The room smelled bad. We had to leave the windows open. The room was at the top of the stairs, right near the ice maker - which made constant noise, so between having the window open to air out the room mixed with the ice maker and human traffic up and down the stairs it was less than restful.

Shampoo and conditioner but that's ever motel hotel I've been to. Get a separate conditioner and you'll be above the rest : )

the lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and no problems with the reservation, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, cable tv was excellent.

the room had a smell to it but not bad enough that you couldn't sleep just noticable. the continental breakfast was a joke! some bread for toast, a few sorry danishes, instant coffee, and orange juice. i've had continental breakfast before and this did not qualify as one! that's one reason i chose this particular hotel over another free continental breakfast. oh well se la vi i'll live...
