It was our first ever stay in a motel so we didn't know what to expect. We enjoyed everything :)

I liked the location of the hotel if one don't wanna stay in the center of San Francisco. The hotel is closed to Colma bart train station and it is very easy to get Powell station (center of San Francisco).

The breakfast is very poor, the room is not so clean and, as already mentioned in the comments of booking.com, the air freshener that they use smells not so good.

Continental Breakfast was a very bare minimum. Was not on time the two mornings we were there - coffee still brewing well after 7AM.

Very close to San Francisco, but much more economical. Manager was friendly and accommodating.

Bad timing - they were having a new sewer line put in next morning, so I had to move my car.

The fact that I couldn't change my stay time once I checked in.

Great place to base yourself if you are visiting San Francisco with a car from the coast. Very easy to find, can park, and near to a bart train into town (15 mins journey from Colma Station) and nice little breakfast room. Owner very helpful and attentive to a couple of maintenance issues. Laundromat just up the road.

The comfort and accesibility.

The heater made a banging sound at nite ..couldnt sleep..the attendent checking me is was very rude...no personality..I Said thank you after getting my room card and she didnt even respond..like I was inconveniencing her. She wouldnt answer any questions when asked..horrible room..sheets had stains in them..then the next day they replaced sheets with a blood stain on it ..terrrible ..will never stay there again ..way over priced...

Close to BART station, close to airport - if you are on budget holiday and need accomodation for one night near the airport, this is a good choice, however, do not expect any special comfort or nice neighbourhood.

The offer breakfast, but you cannot call it a breakfast, you get almost nothing (we had our own food so we did not starve). Close to a quite busy street so if noisy traffic does not allow you to sleep, better choose something else - we had no problem with this.

No air conditioning.

We where there in September 2012. Room was clean, big enough. Towels were replaced everyday, It was also 5 min from bart Station, so time to get to the San Francisco center was wery short. Subway and pizza across. 7Eleven also near. I wolud recommend this inn, and stay there once again.

Always ask for a quiet room as traffic can be close.

Clean room, reasonable location just south of San Francisco. Staff, though hard-pressed, tried to be helpful E.G. in trying to sort out my wifi link problems.

Breakfast - if I can use that word - was frankly pointless. The room was too small, the unappetising food and drinks kept running out causing new arrivals to wait for several minutes for anything to appear. It was advertised for a 7.00 am start but coffee didn't appear until 7.15. Even then the new coffee was very watery. The staff were doing their best, but the facilities are just inadequate for the job. Overall certainly too expensive for what was offered.

If you have rented a car, the place is the perfect solution for free car parking, and for travelers who want close metro location for their trip, the place also offers good properties.

The location of the place can be dangerous for walking at night from the metro station.

Strong odor of chemicals in the room. Problems with electricity connectors, microwave didn't work. Wi-Fi connection problems.

Good place for transportation between airport & San Francisco downtown.

The room is comfortable and worth the price. The hotel staff can give valuable information about visiting San Francisco, including how to take the train (bart). It is also located close to a supermarket, which is a good way to buy some things to eat at smaller prices.

The breakfast is the worse I've ever seen for a hotel. There is only one table and there is almost nothing to eat or drink.
